Place is catching up! Grass is kept short in the whole area (half the area was overgrown last year) and guards are actually walking around a few times a day. Abblution still the same.

Still the same - a once very beautiful, but still green and shady campsite in the middle of town. Beautiful bird life. One of the ablutions is open and in working condition (flush toilets and warm showers, relatively clean). Price still $6ppn & $5 for the car.

Very beautiful shady, grassy pits but ablutions were very dirty and run down! Price still the same.

We stayed at this campsite twice for a few nights. The employees are friendly and helpful. In the front part you camp nicely under big trees. The city noise is kept within limits and it is very quiet during the night. Also suitable for BigRig.

Beautiful park with big old trees and lot of different birds, guaranteeing a stunning early morning concert. One of the three ablution blocks is refurbished, simple, but clean, cold & hot water. Quiet, safe, fenced, close to town. Price: USD 6/pppn plus USD 5/p car pn

We were totally and positively surprised: very nice and park-like grounds, lots of space, almost idyllic (at least the nicely maintained front part)
Ablutions are in bad condition, shower provides lukewarm water at best.
Electricity and water at the site; free wifi vouchers available (if&when it works
Safe and quiet
Short walk into the center of Bulawayo (we were told to not use the walking path from dusk on)
Cost: USD6 pp + USD5 for the vehicle (per night)

The place is clean, green, lots of shade, close to town. The ablutions are fair, cold water. There is a hand wash laundry. Price is Z$8 pppn. Excellent value. There is 24 hour security.

This place was a disaster! Unfortunately, it was very dirty, trash everywhere! The laundry room was not usable due to the amount of trash and the toilets were broken, missing seats. Braais and furniture were broken, too. Trash cans were full and had a thick layer of mold growing. Grad has not been mowed in weeks.

$17 for 2 people and a car

We moved to Burke’s Paradise and it was 1000 times better.

This campsite has seen better days, but is still beautiful with old, blossoming trees and grassy sites. It's indeed close to the city centre, but very quiet and peaceful at nights. There were two security guards at the reception when we stayed here, so a nice spot to explore the city. Still 17$ for two persons and one car.

I didn't stay. It was raining and I got charged 3 $ for my tent and 6 $ for myself. There was nothing than the place I could pitch my tent and showers/toilette. No lounge, no kitchen or pool. I don't have a car just a bicycle.

Campsite in spacious park under high trees. We were there in the time that all trees were blossoming, which made it exceptionally beautiful. We were surprised that such a place exists so close to the city center.
