We had a very bad experience here. It took more than three hours to convince the chief officer that Europeanen travelers don’t need a visa. We showed him the website of the embassy which shows all the countries of the G20 list, he still refused to put a stamp in our passport. At the end the highest boss of the immigration came and gave us the stamp.
Report Check-Inasked for photocopy - shop across road (100 francs). once I had the photocopy they stamped the passport before I'd even sat down. Very easy.
Report Check-InThey didn’t ask for a passport copy. He just stamped the passport (German passport so no visa required) - after 30 seconds we were done.

He kept the Fische & passport copies and stamped our passport. No questions asked, done in less than 2 mins. Right opposite, there is a photocopy & Sim shop. Report Check-InGabon to Cameroon, stamp out here. they want copy of passport and of Gabon visa, which can be made accross the road. Open from ~ 6:30 to 18:00. friendly, no payments asked.
Report Check-InTwo South African passports, no visa required. Asked for hotel booking and explained we are camping so not required. Gave copy of each passport and man at front desk completed the forms. They asked for route and we listed the towns we plan to visit but no dates or bookings needed. Very friendly.

Required a printed hotel reservation. We managed to get a nearby shop to print us a copy of one we made in Libreville on booking.com (and then cancelled). Otherwise it was easy. Needed passport copies but no copies of visa or stamps. No charge
Report Check-InEasy and quick, didn’t ask hotel booking, any way our was expired the night before becaouse they close at 18hs so we spend the night in Bitam, they open at 7:30am. Passport, Gabon visa, Passavant photocopy made just crossing the street and also bought internet SIM card.

Report Check-InThe boss was completely drunk and we stayed there more than 2 hours waiting for a copy of our visas and passports (there was no electricity at Bitam, only at the immigration office and he didn’t want to make us the copy).

Easy enough. Needed photocopies of passport, Gabon visa and Cameroon exit stamp which was easy directly across the road where we bought a Libertiss SIM card also.
