You have two options here. There is a campground with a large grassy area for 20.000 entrance and something for camping too. Or, you just continue the small path to the campground and park for free next to the it. That's what I did, shady parking under the tree, direct access to the beach, firewood around and a very quiet night (but it was during the week).
To get here, take the dead end street west from where Maps.me wants to send you to get to this pin. It's only space for one or max two vehicles, big rigs might have a problem to turn around, so check before driving in. In the afternoon there are some people coming around selling chipa and sandwiches and up the road you have several pescaderia for buying fresh fish. Very nice and tranquil spot!
