Uruguay
Very nice camping area. The guy running the campsite is really friendly.Price: 140 p.P.; 150 Car Uruguaian Pesos. Correction: now charging 180pp and 200 mh for foreigners. Way too much for facilities it offers.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Loads of shade, hot showers but dint forget to out some mostiquo spray before going in. The camp ground built probably in the 80's is in need if a total refurbishment.
400 $U now for van and 2 persons. Nice and friendly lady. We spend one night. We confirm last review.
Report Check-InGood manager
Plaisant site we were alone quiete but wc are rustics and dirty
Shower hot
Cool camping with interesting boiler. Stayed overnight 200 up/person night.
Report Check-InRather big camping, very close to river, nice walks in the sand. Weekends a bit crowded, but ok. Restaurant, shop, water, electricity, bbq pits, tables and benches. Tkilets old but clean, warm water in evenings for showers.
Report Check-InWay too expensive for an average place. No view of the beach just trees. New price 180pp 200 motorhome .Supercrowded on sunday, few parties with kids running all over the place we didn't stay. Not recommended try the free beach camping (10km towards town called municipal camping) it has good view of ocean, water for cold showers/ok toilets w paper. We has quiet sunday night except for waves from high tide :)
Report Check-Invery nice spot with beach and sunset, very nice & helpful host, we paid 360 uru pesos (2 persons & camper)
Report Check-InWe visit the place, but left after we checkt the areal. Not a realy nice place and in bad condition. Has seen better days. And to expensive for what is on offer. p/p 140 Pes. and casa rodante 150 Pes. per day.
Report Check-InNice place,Much better than the one just outside Colonia. The owners were very helpful as well. Bathrooms might need a good touch up but we manage to survive it so I Guess was not that bad
Report Check-In140 per person per night. No charge for motorcycles. Grassy tent sites. Not all sites have electricity or grills. Dish washing sinks and clothes washing sinks. Bathrooms relatively clean and two toilets in each of the two bathroom blocks. One is squat and one regular with toilet seat. Warm showers. Lots of people on a summer weekend but mostly quiet by 11.00pm
Report Check-InGrassy area with plenty of trees for shade, BBQ's, showers with hot water (a bit grim), other wise clean. Restaurant with basic frozen food. Access to river.
Report Check-InVery nice camping area. The guy running the campsite is really friendly.
