Go to building #3, counter 7, 8, or 9. pay EGP 55 (€1) with credit card, no cash accepted. The lady will take your certificate to counter 20, where the boss will sign and stamp it. Done in 15 minutes.

Everything mentioned above is correct though you may have to persuade your way into the parking lot to the cop out front if you're in your vehicle.

Once in the compound, go into the main building and elbow your way to the front of the last window on the far right. People will work hard to cut you and shove their papers in front of yours. Just stand your ground... chances are, if you're here, you're used to this Africa behavior by now 😂

Anyways, hand your temp license to the guy and he should take care of you. I have attached a sample "Certificate of no fines" as an example. it helps explain what you're here for.

Location is correct, it takes about 15 minutes, they need your passport and Egyptian drivers license, but they didn't care about seeing the number plate or the vehicle itself. The cost is still £E 10. Go to the window on the right inside the main building, and elbow your way to the front. I attached a photo of the document you will need. It helps to show it, as nobody speaks much English.
