We spent a night here. We had dinner quite expensive. We discussed about the 10 USD they want for the night, because there is only the security and we have consumed in the restaurant. They explained, that overnight stay and consumption are two different things. So you can stay without consumption too. Go to reception and pay for it.
In the end we payd 10 USD.
The night was quite noisy because of many trucks passing on the nearby street.

Very safe large flat parking lot connected to the hotel and restaurant. To stay you must order food (the restaurant was delicious)and pay $10.00. Very quiet night and about 2 hours from the border.

As others have said this is a high quality place with a great restaurant. We choose to stay in a nice double room for 55usd. Not the cheapest but very clean, air conditioned and free breakfast. Staff was friendly. However the overnight cleaning staff from the kitchen had no idea what quiet meant, dragging large kitchen equipment out to the middle of the parking lot to be scrubbed, scraped and chipped away at stuck on residue from 3 am to 4:30 and jabbering away at each other. They really seemed to have no idea people were trying to sleep on all sides. After I (and Google translate) quietened down that racket, about an hour later a dryer started up somewhere behind our room with a zipper that clacked every 1.75 seconds until it was time for breakfast. Unfortunately this lovely spot was ruined for us by night staff not trained in courtesy to guests.

Stayed in a room here for US$34. Restaurant was excellent and the staff are super friendly.

Parking of a motel. They wanted to charge us 20usd ! Never saw such a price since the USA for this kind of overnight ! We wanted to have a restaurant (which is certainly very good regarding to the price...) but we moved because of the parking price. We prefer to join the Finca Los Angeles few kilometers away with swimming pools.

We really love that spot. They now charge 20$us to Ioverlanders for the night and we need to eat at there restaurant. Best meal we had since Quebec.

On nous reçois avec le sourire. $10,00us pour la nuit, électricité et eau. Le restaurant semble très bien et les prix sont proportionnelles.Nous resterons pour la nuit.

Camped under nice shaded spot in parking lot. All they asked is to patronize them and eat at least a meal at in the restaurant. We order burgers some of the most affordable items on the menu. It's still pricey but at least you get food, a camping spot and clean restrooms. Very friendly staff.

Good place to stop if you use new border crossing at San Carlos/Los Chiles. Has power and water on parking. Excellent high class restaurant with great beef, pricey. Had a meal and were not charged for overnight parking. Security guy on site
