Great spot in a great location. Quiet, spacious green garden and welcoming people. 1500CFA/person and 2000CFA for the car. Would recommend. Spot around the corner that does food cheap!

Report Check-In

We slept there 2 times already in our LC. prices as stated.
The day the borders got closed we tried to sleep there again AND got chased off the property.
They yold us that the government says they are not allowed to host foreigners. turned off outsude lights,...
For me this place is blacklisted. We went to Athena Hotel, were welcomed there, see also entry for that location

nice place to stay there for a few nights.
It's a nice green area. It's quite at night.
The shower and the toilet inside is good.

We paid 2000 CFA/Car and 1500/Person.

We had a great experience staying at the guesthouse. We camped out in their beautiful, green yard. Hard to believe you’re in the middle of Yaoundé!

3 motos, 3 tents was 2,000 CFA per night per person.

A dorm bed is 5,000 CFA per night per person.

There is a delicious bakery that is just a 5 minute walk. Also there is a grocery store that’s is about 5 minutes away.

The shower worked well and is available until 10pm, but opens back up at 6 or 6:30.

They provided an overnight guard. I’m not sure if they always have this or if it was because we and our bikes were sleeping outside. But it was reassuring and included in the price.

I’m not sure why people complain about the rules. This a home that opens itself to travelers, so just respect the completely reasonable rules and enjoy your stay!

what a strange place ...
nice garden, that's it. and a list inside the rooms showing what you are not allowed to do. the owners seem to be a little bit paranoid in regards of safety. it's no guest house, it's just a place where you can rent a room. nobody cares about you or asks you if you need anything.

Report Check-In

this place is not recommendable at all. very unfriendly owners, rooms for 10000 + 1500 for parking. you get nothing for your money. it's like a prison, we had to go into the rooms at 8:30 then the house was locked. we were not allowed to wash the dishes in the kitchen, we only got a bucket with water. you are not allowed to do your own laundry or to use the kitchen. when you stay out longer than 9pm, you have to pay 1000cfa per hour overtime. there are dogs locked in all day, during the night they stay with the night guard barking all the time. don't go there, you can find nicer places in yaounde!!!

Report Check-In

Had a pleasant stay at the guest house. The hosts are very friendly and not at all money seeking like I read here. They gave good tips and nice conversations. Furthermore they were really uncomplicated. The price was more than fair. It’s 2500 for the car and 2000 per person. Don’t see how this should be too expensive for the location they have!

Camping is now allowed even if it's just one person.

I paid 2k CFA per night with motorcycle

Very quiet peaceful spot with good central location! Camping on grass

Lady Owner is very rule based, toilet closed after 8pm, house locked after 10pm, best to just use as a base to sleep, bucket shower included.

Report Check-In

As described below. Greedy and mean lady who is in charge of the guest house. We arrived 7 pm and could take the shower inside till 8 pm( group of 12 people). She was upset because of washing clothes as we were using her water and supposed to pay more. She doesnt allow anyone to leave/enter guest house after 10 pm. Outside toilet is locked after 10 pm. We couldnt leave tents where we wanted.. not the best place to stay. The good thing is that the guest house is located not that far from the center and the camping space is green. 2000 CFA per person + 2500 CFA for the car.

Report Check-In

Was a really lovely house but the woman was really strange and money hungry. Make you feel like an inconvenience rather than a guest, and feels like a prison rather than a guesthouse.

Report Check-In

It's lovely & green but you are not allowed to camp unless there are 10 or more (only 3 of us) so had to stay in the guest house ( I think she makes more money this way) she said it was the threat of Boko Harem. We had to be in at 7pm & not allowed to use inside toilet after 8 pm (you are locked in so bring a pee bottle. 8000cfa double or 5000cfa.

Report Check-In

Dorm bed for 5000 CFA. Can camp in BIG grassy yard. Hard to believe hustle & bustle of Yaounde is just round the corner. It's a PEACEFUL spot.

Report Check-In

Nice garden spot. Little expensive: CFA2000 pp and CFA2500 for our vehicle. But nicely located in calm neighborhood in the city.
