On the acces road to the réserva de la biosphère.the road follows the Beach. Not very large but right on the beach between four star yoga places and hotels and palapas. Great lagoon for snorkelling and soft white sand Free

Report Check-Inspent 3 nights here. best spot in Tulum. the breeze makes all the difference. there is an oxxo 250m away. be mindful if its breezy, you will have to wash salt spray off van later but its worth it to stay cool at night. we slept with door open, totally safe.

Report Check-InWith our roof reaching 2.7 meters, that was the only free spot (besides chedraui) we found in Tulum given the road few kms north with more spots is still limited to 2.2m vehicles and lower. As much as you are right next to the road which is indeed busy all the time except between 2/7am the noise is OK if there are some waves/ wind which cover the sound of the trafic. Reg toilets, it's indeed tricky so gents bring a bottle and ladies will have to wait until the darkest hours to hide on the beach as people come here in the evenings to chill out but also early in the mornings...
Report Check-Inok place if you don't know where to park for the night. Lot of trafic day and night. Beach looks great but not really nice for swimming. Nowhere for toilets or shower. May be better for campervan.

Report Check-InLoud during the day with trucks delivering water to the hotels further up the road, but that's the price you pay for a free site on the beach.
