looks like still under construction.
closed at 12 May 2017. looks like it will take a really long time. last report of this situation 2016. so...
not sure if something else is beeing build at all for same purpose

I went to look for this place, after i finally found it, it looked very closed. Gate closed and red tape at the parking lot.

This place is (temporarly) closed due to "construction". As it is 3 month holiday in Iran now and this place is closed we doubt it will ever open again...

Parking behind the hotel, costs an expensive 400'000 IR per night/person! Hot shower, dirty toilets, WiFi. South of the city center: During the day it's easy to get with one of the public busses to the center, at night you need to take a taxi (we paid around 100'000 - 150'000 IR).

Gravel and tarmac parking area behind hotel. Cost for camping/sleeping in vehicle is 400, 000 rial pp/pn. Toilet, basins and showers available. It not really tent friendy but we managed to pitch a tent on a patch of gravel.
On site restuarant has good food. Pay for wifi in lobby.
