Do not go to this business without fully understanding why they got raided in Feb 2023 and the outcome of that raid. Including the owner cable locking vehicles claiming it was done by the Govt agency. He is accountable for any missing vehicles that were “seized” or identified as potential TIP violations, not the vehicle owners. Read into that what you will.
If you leave your vehicle ANYWHERE, have all your immigration and foreign vehicle paperwork with a fully valid TIP on your vehicle. Only deal with a business that requires all that information to be on file prior to handing them the keys in case they also get audited while your vehicle is in their possession.
This is zero different then the arduous process of docking a foreign boat at a Mexican marina. Any storage yard should be adhering to the same or similar rules and policies, if not do not surrender your vehicle without knowing something is wrong.
