Around 10 military guys hanging out on the north side. One station in the middle. Guy didn’t even look at us.

Agree with the last post. Not only is this dilapidated but maybe a hundred meters south is an actual checkpoint station where you are slightly diverted off the highway and under a covered area for fruit control. So this exact location appears no longer used but the nearby one is.
