Description

Was on my way to one of the wild campsites in the area but all of them were off of really narrow backroads and the fog was so thick I could barely see the front of my car. So we came here instead. Quiet even during the morning. Lots of other people camping. The bathrooms are meh but they are bathrooms!

A nice rest area ! Some cars and road noise to be expected, but otherwise very good.
Not much cell service tho.

Good place for one night. Very quiet location.

Awesome place. Quiet and beautiful to be surrounded by trees.

Nice clean rest area doesn't appear to have any rundown permanent people like I've seen in other places. didn't use the bathrooms, just drove through to check it out. I would stay here if I needed to get off the road.

Be careful - many cars driving through very fast! I parked on the backside of the rest area closer to the river. I leash my dogs but even still... cars flew through (racing?) last night. This is Washington County, I was very close to calling a sherif because there were many racers... after 30 min, they left. Otherwise, fine place to stay. I prefer that there is Vzn service here, from 1-3 bars and LTE. Bathrooms are clean. Not much else to say.

Stayed the night. Very quiet, nice little river for my dog. Slept well.

Report Check-In

Arrived after dark and there was one other van that appeared to be spending the night. One additional van came later and also spent the night. Some noise in morning but to be expected since it is a rest stop. Great place to rest up overnight.

Report Check-In

Clean, large, remote location, spring water down the road, creek and trail next to lot.

Stayed here one night with a couple of other vans. Nice and clean, well lit and feels safe. No big trucks so a lot quieter than other rest stops.Only 35 mins from Portland.

Report Check-In

Quiet spot on 26. Easy to park for the night. They have extra long spaces available and a little hiking trail too. Bathrooms aren’t the best, but nice green spaces.
