Report Check-Inworth to mention it is available only during the bank opening hours which is mo-fr 9-2 so most of the time useless. there is another scotiabank 4 blocks east and the story is identical.
Report Check-InTried it, but for our foreign mastercards (tried cards from USA and Russian banks) there was a fee (5k for max 200k). The smallest fee we could find was at BCI bank, but still 4700 for 200k.
