Barra - Faraway Lodge | Established Campground

We stayed here for two nights. Website advertised R50 per person, but the manger refused to honour this price so we were charged R90 per person! There is no camp kitchen or access to water (easily). Cold showers and both pools were empty. You need a 4x4 to get there. Beach is a good 10 minute walk. I would not recommend this place! Although the setting and the surrounding seem to offer so much, there are much nicer places to stay in the area with better facilities and prices.

one night is 100 Rand pp. 2 nights and more 300 metical pppn.(low season negotiated price). electricity and sunshelter on every pitch, everything else was said already ;)

I did not really like the place, cold shower, no restaurant, no wifi and too far from the beach, camping 100 rand

Large lodge under palms with camping area between cottages. Sea nearby, but no direct beach view. Accessible with 4x4 only.
MZN 600 (2 adults, camper, low season).
