Report Check-In

Campsite around a bar and near the beach. We received a key to access the toilets. The shelters were very nice, because of the rain and like this we had a bit more dry space than with our own awning.
The bar at the campsite closed around 7pm, which was fine. The bars a bit further down the beach we're still playing music at midnight, even with earplugs I could hear the music. We wouldn't stay here again because of the noise.
We paid 5000 per person for one night.

It's a good camping, we enjoyed the beach.
We arrived on Sunday and it was quiet, there were some tourist around, yet.
The bar close around 9 pm and the night was quiet without noisy
The owner is very accessible with the price, it is friendly.
The internet is very fast, but just at the reception.
We stayed 2 nights.

We have been here in the rainy season.
Camping ground 5000 COL pPN for a 4x4 with roof tent. There is a local Restaurant in the middle. No clamping but pretty clean and direct beach access. A little noisy in the night but ok.
We liked it

Report Check-In

Stayed here for about a week nursing a sprained ankle, decent WiFi close to the restaurant, compartmentalized metal roofed palapas, each with a light switch and an outlet.

Report Check-In

The longer you stay, the better you find it. The bathrooms are not really clean (but where is that already in Central America). With our large camper easy to reach, we could park directly on the beach, the covered, flat places are good when it rains and to provide shade. Sink to wash dishes Close to the village at night very quiet. During the day until evening and on weekends loud music from the bar. No wifi but good internet reception. Supermarket on the corner. First night 5000 PP, then 4000pp with electricity.

We (2) stayed 2 nights (10'000 & 8'000C) with our motorhome. Neither the camping nor the restaurant has wifi. Toilets, showers and the place itself is ok, better then expected.

Report Check-In

We stayed here 2 nights. The place is really local and every morning they clean the area and shower and toilets. They is a new building with showers and toilets ( but there is not toilet paper so bring it yourself) Lidy is very sweet and we had a parking spot in front of the sea. We paid the first night for 2 persons and 4x4 car with rooftent 10.000 cl and the second night 7.000 cl. At the moment we were there they didn’t had internet. Great place if you want to stay near the town but in a quiet area.

Report Check-In

We totally missed the wild camping option on the other side of the shore since we arrived so late and tired to the area. Crashed here instead. Unkempt but quiet, aside from some random construction work at the time. Owners are laid back and place is relatively cheap. Basic shower and toilets, directly on beach, it was fun.

Report Check-In

Not so bad as sometimes described. Directly at the beach, close to the town. New clean bathrooms!

Report Check-In

Nice camping!
Relaxed atmosphere.
One of the best campsite in our journey.

Report Check-In

can only repeat what is already said. 5000pp

Report Check-In

As described: run done place with dirty and bad maintained amenities. The Lasy tried to charge 6000 CRC pP and night! I talked her down to 4000 which is still too much. Advantage: directly situated at the beach

Report Check-In

As described. Not bad, water and electricity available depending on what site you choose. Water is at several sinks with ability to use a hose to fill tanks. Did not check bathrooms since we were traveling with our own in RV trailer

Report Check-In

Stayed here two nights, bathrooms not as bad as people say. Yes there is a lot of sand but apart from that they work and are not dirty.
The place itself is a bit run down but the location is great and the price is ok too (3000pppn)

Report Check-In

Nice location. Very friendly family. a peaceful stay but dreadful bathrooms. 3500 C pppn

Report Check-In

Great value for money, especially if you can survive the unkempt grounds and grim shower/bathroom blocks. The location is amazing. We parked the van parallel to a couple of campsites near the beachside back gate. That way we could look at the sea and and also use the van as a "wall" that gave us a little privacy from the rest of the campground. The family is super nice. We stayed for four nights so they charged us 3000/person and gave us the key to our own bathroom which was only slightly bigger and slightly cleaner. You have your own covered area with tables and chairs. And the wifi reaches the sites and it's pretty fast. There are a few sinks around to do your dishes. You might get a visit from one of the cute but curious kids.

Report Check-In

Pretty beach, not so pretty campsite. Toilets are probably never cleaned and cold showers next to the toilet. The bar will keep playing music until ten-ish.

Touristic town, but the restaurants at the beach are nice and have a good atmosphere.

Report Check-In

Excellente! But we had our rv there ! The shower are werry discosting but in the daylight is better ! Restaurant on the site , the view is woww and just 20' of the beach ..

Report Check-In

Ditto previous entry. We paid 6000C for two per night. Bar here has cheapest beer in town at 1200C and it comes with free small bowl of stew! There is a laundry on the road leading here on the right shortly after the Pali and they charge 2000C per kilo. good Movistar reception. Beach is best at low tide. Town is somewhat touristy. Restaurant down the beach has pool tables, ping pong and volleyball and wifi.

Report Check-In

Nice view. A bit special peoples around. But we felt safe. Paid 3500 colones per night. Used the toilet and the shower and electricity.
