Description
The camping is situated in the wine and fruit orchard of the family Kapxhiu, next to the river Lixhave. The camping is on 10 minutes walking distance from the centre of Peshkopi. The camping has places for tents and a few places for camper or caravans and two bed & breakfast rooms. Peshkopi is located in the northeast of Albania, in de Dibër-mountains. It is well located for hikes, trekking, mountain biking and off-roading. Trips to mount Korab (2745m) or Marovo in Macedonia. You can also order home-cooked meals and breakfast which is fresh and very good. This campsite is very clean and family Kapxhiu will help travelers with anything they need. It is not, however, suitable for big camper vans. Free WiFi on the veranda!

Great place, welcoming host. Orchard with nice places and all facilities. Using a Garmin device to navigate with a 4x4 or campervan? (Overlander, Thread or Zumo XT) don’t take the small road (Rruga Shehat Shehu) up and in between the houses at (41.6843169, 20.4325808) but stay on the road leading west to east. The camping is marked with blue/yellow signs on that road.
Report Check-InVery welcoming and finde stay. No Problem getting here with a 6.36m van. Showers are clean and hot, family is very friendly. Definitefly worth a stay.
