Surf spot with big parking area where locals chill, camp and surf. We stayed on a weekend in May and there was a decent amount of cars and surfers but not too crowded.
There are toilets and apparently even Wifi, hot showers cost 100¥.

Not much space for planting a tent (the nice field touching the parking lot was posted 'private property'.
There are 2 or 3 small areas suitable for small tents behind the parking, there is a nice grassy strip in front of the toilet/shower block - I'm sure locals put tents here (esp during Golden Week). However it lacks discretion and is prone to wind.
Toilets not exactly clean. Good free internet connection.
