This was too expensive for me, so went with much cheaper Burkina Faso visa.
Processing time here is apparently 2-3 days but I did not apply
It is also strange as on the website at the bottom of the page in the photo provided, it claims the visa is only 50 euro.
The Nigerian consulate moved here in June 2016
Very friendly and helpful consulate
Filled in profile and had to go back next day to give my passport
Could pick up passport next day

These guys are EMS, firemen, etc. Extremely friendly, happy to let me camp on their grounds. Tons of space, grass. They offered toilet and shower no worries. Free. Need good French to explain what you are doing.
We applied for the Mali visa in the afternoon, could pick up at lunchtime the next day. Could probably have got it the same day if we had been there in the morning. 86.000GF each (9 euro). 2 passport photos and fill in a form. Friendly ambassador.
I was entering Mali
Pretty obvious building. Everyone friendly. Stamped my Carnet without need for any guidance!
Side note. On google, there is a small road from Burkina to Sikasso. Its a brand new tarmac road. very nice road
Not sure if they are officially opened or not. But a guy took me round and showed me the caves. Also climbed to the top to get a beautiful panorama.
Gave him 2000 CFA mainly as I suspect work is infrequent here.
If you've a few hours to kill in Sikasso its worth it. Not really a special stop off though
Road here from town has some bad bits, maybe not a road in the wet season though
Afican style Hotel with a nice terrace in the roof.
7500 cfa for a vent room with bathroom.
Meals 2500 cfa and there is bier.
There is another auverge in the village but the owner ask 15.000 cfa for a shit room full of moskitos, this one is the best option.
She is not so helpful person. Single enter visa 12.200 cfa. One photo, passport copy and if you are traveling with your vehicle you need copy of register. You need a hotel reservation. Also you need write to application form where you will enter Benin. 2 business day to wait.
