| October 18th, 2021 | Five Cuts | While driving through looking for a spot came across someone in a Ford Transit stuck in the sand in one of the pullouts. It looked okay to drive on, but was obviously deceiving! Be extremely careful out there! Three of us worked to try to get the van out, but she finally had to call for a tow. It was dark by the time her van was pulled out, so we opted to leave and find something else rather than risk the same fate. |

| October 8th, 2021 | Forest Road 237 | This site is not permanently closed as stated in the description. I believe closures are in effect for mud season to keep people from tearing up the roads and campsites. Great place to grab a spot for the night while exploring Flagstaff or Sedona! But please, pack out your trash!!! |
