Miller True Value Hardware | Can fill RV and propane bottles. Friendly and helpful. Just west of Yellville, AR |
Cherokee N.F., Parksville Lake Campground | 16 RV sites. Crowded on weekends. Nice babbling brook on east side. |
Battery Park | Neat site, right on the River's Edge. Will definitely stay here again. |
Camping World | Smaller Camping world. They have propane and mechanical services. |
Bealls Manatee ave W, Bradenton | Along the side of the building, just fine. I asked the manager for two nights and she didn't have a problem with that. |
U-Haul Brandon | Full service U-Haul. Just fine. He said there was an Ace Hardware in Plant City with propane and a farm supply place. |
Public parking lot | Fairly large municipal parking lot. Stayed for one night in our 27' Class C. Yes, there is electricity and we plugged into a 30 amp box. Right in the heart of a very cool town. One nice feature is the tall wood fence that surrounds most of the lot. Be sure to visit the nearby Walter Anderson museum. |
Bayou Segnette State Park | Excellent campground. Each site even has its own wooden deck. Some noise from airboats during daylight hours, but not awful. |
Rig museum | Very interesting. The Big Rig is named Mr. Charlie, after the visionary who invented it. No services other than a hose. Parking is on grass. If you stay here you are expected to take the tour. At $7.00 it's a real deal. |
Rutherford Beach | At the free beach. Water is brown, I'm told it's from the Mississippi River. |
Miss Lou Family Dentistry | Dental practice that works to accommodate travelers. While passing through Natchez I wound up with a bad gum infection. These fine folks got me in on New Year's Eve for x-rays and an exam and was able to pull my tooth first thing on January 2nd. I would recommend to all fellow travelers in need. |

U Haul Moving and Storage Of Carbondale | Easy access to propane, right on Hwy 51. |
