March 19th, 2021 | tropicana resort | We stayed here for one night and paid 250 pesos for two people for camping. There was electric and water hook ups. No sewage no Wi-Fi. The bathrooms were deplorable. Decent location.Super loud music was playing till 2 am which prevented any type of sleep. Wouldn’t recommend |

January 21st, 2021 | hotel playa azul | Paid 150 pesos for one night of camping , staying in my vehicle. Electric and WiFi. WiFi very slow. I was the only one here and parked next to the eating area. Nice beach. Bathrooms typical. Oxxo within walking distance |

January 20th, 2021 | El Manglar | Stayed here based on previous reviews. I was the only person camping and the cost was 100 pesos with electric. The restaurant has good food and cold beer. Brown sand but lots of trash , still nice. Bathroom and showers available as well. Overall a great value |

January 18th, 2021 | Villas Del Mar | This has been somewhat of a difficult review to write as I feel the previous reviews are correct. It is hard to say what this place is. The hotel room has no air-conditioning no TV no paintings and lacks anything aside from a bed and a futon. I wouldn’t say it’s an RV spot either as there are no hook ups. Wi-Fi is only available in one area. For me being self contained was definitely a plus there are very few eating options. There is a big concrete parking lot but that’s about it. I paid 400 pesos per night for the hotel room. I didn’t ask about camping because it’s not really set up for that. The beach is fantastic. Easy to find. The managers of the hotel are super fantastic speak English |

January 14th, 2021 | Hotel Dolores Alba | Secure parking, warm showers, fast WiFi , quite and a decent breakfast. 550 pesos per night. Great location. I would recommend |
|
January 12th, 2021 | Suytun Cenotes | Stayed here based on reviews. Paid 400 pesos for 1 person and 1 vehicle. I tried to negotiate but they were indifferent. Place was completely empty, access to Cenotes close by, water and electric hook ups |

January 3rd, 2021 | Ikarus Kiteboarding Campground | I wanted to stay here and experience a quite beach and do some camping outside of the tourist area. The last 3 km is unpaved and filled with potholes, lots. Passable but very slow. You make a left onto a sand road and follow it down. Good WiFi, nice restaurant on site, friendly owners. Paid 150 pesos per night no hook ups. |

December 31st, 2020 | Suites Fenicia | What a great find this place is. I stayed here based on previous reviews and it doesn’t disappoint. Secure parking. There is a height restriction which I am not exactly sure what that is probably less than 3 m. Fantastic pool, excellent water pressure excellent hot water great location everything is within walking distance 30 minutes or less. Rooms have a small kitchen. The owners are just like family They live here and are really great people. Highly recommend anyone in the area to stay here |

December 26th, 2020 | Mazzoco | I stopped in here on 25 December and paid 150for no hook ups but they had Wi-Fi. I only stayed one night as I wanted to go check out the ruins they recommended I take their helper which I’m glad that I did because it was closed and we all came to an agreement and I was able to visit the ruins. Officially the ruins are closed. Good night sleep water pressure was a bit low but the water was hot |

December 22nd, 2020 | Rancho San Nicolas | Pending on how your GPS will take you the route could be very difficult. The GPS sent me down this trail right off the main road that was extremely tough. I would have given this place for stars but the road was very problematic for me. Paid 150 pesos, electric and water hook ups. Nice place clean showers friendly people |
|
December 22nd, 2020 | Casa In Lak' Ech Camping | I stopped here based on the previous recommendation and I was disappointed. I didn’t even stay. The parking spot is literally just in front of a house and they are doing construction 15 feet away from the spot. The road to get here as difficult as well with many drainage ditches to cross. I would not recommend |
|
December 22nd, 2020 | Marsi Hotel | Stayed here based on the previous recommendations. Charged me 600 which is a little high for the area but no other options. Super windy as this is wind farm country. Have a fantastic meal at the restaurant next-door, Jenny mar Isco. I would skip eating at the hotel too expensive. Air-conditioning good Wi-Fi pretty quiet hot water |

December 17th, 2020 | Trailer Park Las Americas | I checked into this place after leaving San Miguel de Allende, 250 pesos per night. I was the only one here. Too cold to swim in the pools but everything looked clean and wonderful. Definitely park closer to the center of the park as Wi-Fi wouldn’t reach my parking spot. Would highly recommend. |
|
December 17th, 2020 | Pemex/Oxxo station | Use caution here and charge my credit card three times and told me that there was an error. Indeed there was as my card got locked after being charged three times. I showed them my credit card statement and I had to argue with them for 30 minutes before they finally gave me cash. |
