Tried to park here for one night. The entire parking lots were empty. An unfriendly person appeared and signed us away. So we left.

Última barraca da praia, em frente ao mar, sombra, ducha e proprietário muito gentil. Wifi. Almoçamos em retribuição pela hospitalidade.

Last beach shack, facing the sea, shade, shower and very kind owner. Wifi. We have lunch in return for the hospitality.

we attempted to make it to the next pin but the roads began getting pretty rough and washed out. the last 500m before reaching this pin weren't easy. recommend 4x4, even when dry. we made it but our Ford transit worked pretty hard. amazing view at the site but not very level. leveling blocks are definitely a good idea. great cell coverage. plenty of solar (no shade). lots of biking trails.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice and quiet. beautiful walk to absolutely beautiful waterfalls. a 'must do' for sure.

However, I wouldn't attempt this road if its wet or raining. there are huge holes and big muddy ruts.

A good amount of parking in the back for RVs and overnight parking. Located across from a bunch of outlets store. Not much outside noise at night.

This place is awesome! We found it last year, and stayed 8 days, then came back again this year. It’s quiet and most people are pretty respectful. You can park just feet from the river and it’s super clear water.

Wonderful place, extremely quite compared with other spot. Many place to park. Everything is wild, no facilities. (Buy food in Paliouri).
Please help to clean the beaches and pickup trash (even if it’s not yours)

Enjoy

I walked into the restrooms and noticed they had showers available for $5. The facility wasn't fancy by any means, but hey, it would do the trick.

Large open areas for overnight parking if needed as well, although the highway and gas station traffic would be noisy. But this stop is also right next to BLM land.

Great spot. Only stayed 1 night but slip says 4 nights free. Friendly security. Register and get a players card then go to security desk.

Umm, no longer accessible to the desired location. You can only drive in about a mile. The road has been closed off with a pile of dirt and a closed gate. However, there are two campsites available before you reach the gate. Rock fire pits mark the locations. Unable to access the river without a short jont. The campsite is quite and actually has a pleasant view of the hillside and you can hear the sounds of the river near by.

When I was here, it was cash only, but I told the attendant about the bad reputation of the other gas station. His response was, “woah, travelers talk” so hopefully that makes this place the more legit of the two.

Happy travels all!

This place won’t allow you to stay without 10 day advance online reservations. May change after Covid but the host sent us on our way even though multiple sites were open. Won’t come back.

20 mins off the Hwy. Gravel road with some pot holes. We took our 40ft skoolie to this site for 1 night before going to Fort Nelson.
Lots of bugs + mosquitoes June 21st!
Site was pretty busy, we arrived around 3-4pm people were packing up and leaving around 6pm. There’s a couple sites that would fit a big rig. We seemed fine.
No hook ups, dry camping.
Beautiful lake and beautiful sand beach.

A mostly level turn off. Great for a class-B. The narrow one lane gravel road is of good quality for any clearance. There are no turn arounds but we managed with a 20' van. Quite and alone.

Cul de Sac down by the river. Room for three cars, max. There is a road to another site with a burnt out car. There is another 4x road also. A bit of trash around.

First come first serve campsite in Yellowstone National Park. Got here on a Monday morning during peak season and there was a surprising number of sites open, $20 a night. I always thought camping in the park was near impossible without a reservation, so this was a very nice surprise.

The site is a city park land parking lot. Calm and silent to spend the night. It is close to the bus station where you can use the public restrooms.

Great location, great view. a little loud until after dark. I am in a Prius and never got stuck in the sand.

Verizon service wasn't great - 1-2 bars if I was lucky. went to the nearby river spot in the morning and service there was excellent.

Very nice riverside camp spot. Long drop toilets, but not that inviting.

10,000TSH pppn. Big Rig friendly, but narrow track with bushes. Very quiet and with guard included in price. Nice stop.

Stayed in a chalet. They had a great special on. 1800kw for 3 nights so we took a break from our tents. It's not the most glamorous accommodation but everything works and is clean. This a wonderful place if have kids. The campsite has a beautiful view over the lake.

Nice campground at 7,400' elevation. It was 95 degrees F in Ely but only 80F at the campsite during the day, and nice and cool at night. Very clean place and only $8 per night. Some sites require a reservation, but many are first-come, first-serve. We arrived late afternoon on a weekday and had several choices. Weekends are busy.

FS spots just east of Laramie (20 min). Wide open with rolling hills, though one of the three spots along this road is nestled into some trees. 712B ends pretty abruptly after maybe 1000ft, though it looks like it used to go further before washing out/downed trees closed it down. Space for a few rigs (big ok), with fire pits. Lots of sun and lots of wind. Quite a few cars came down while we were there, but overall it was quiet. Far enough off Happy Jack Rd to not hear any traffic. Road in was loose gravel and very washboarded but a short drive off pavement (1/2 mi). 4-5 bars Tmobile and Google Fi.
