Everything said before my stay here I completely agree with. This is a really, really nice "garden" camping area.

Right off the hwy, so lots of road noise. However, it is the trains that are LOUD! Our friend had earplugs making sleep possible. We were in a rooftop tent, a van or rv with windows closed would fare better.

I’m not a big fan of museums in general, but this museum is a museum itself!!! Veeeery old style, with ancient employers)))
And the architecture inside is even nice!

its a good idea to reserve because here are a ton if guests and you need to be very lucky to gwt a free table if you get here without a reservation.

After having read the reviews, we decided to stay over at this site. The main attraction was to be able to plug into shore power, in order to fully charge the house batteries for a change and do other chores requiring 220V. The venue was however totally neglected, the attendant could not understand English and it turned out that they did nit have electricity at the time. We made no further enquiries and proceeded to Kundalila Falls.

awakened to a notice on the windshield saying I was “unlawfully parked” and had until 8 AM to move. a handful of other vans also had these notices. fascist.

This park has about 12 sites that have electric and water available. The town of Lyons has home style restaurants and some of the chains, such as DQ and Pizza Hut.

Road is OK, we made it with a 3.7m high Truck.
Entrance fee 50 PpP, thats OK, but if you want camp there, they charge 150 PpP, literally to stay on peace of gras with toilets beside, way do expensive.
We saw the parrots flying in at about 4pm and flying out 7am.

Superbe place with several spots nearby the river. Fire pits available with free cut wood. Dry toilets but no water.
Nice place for river fishing

Small campground on edge of town. Caretaker arrived around 6pm to collect $15. Gave us code to use showers and toilets after hours (did not use so cannot provide feedback). Showers are $1 for an 8-minute shower. Looks to be quiet with no bright lights around. Most sites are in the wooded area. We parked away from the trees to get max sun for our solar panel.

Jorge is a very friendly, knowledgeable and honest mechanic from Chametla, near La Paz. He was recommended to us by Campestre Maranatha as our motorhome needed some repairs ( fuel Pump, electric work, fix a window, etc. ). He is mobile and came to the RV Park to work on our motorhome which was really convenient for us.
He is reliable and will make the impossible to help you out. Very honest pricing too.

Bakery at the rehabilitation and training centre. Sweet baked goods, bread, pretzels, stroopwaffles, jams, local cheese and butter. There's a table and some chairs to sit and enjoy a coffee too.

Good place. Nice view. Lots of grass to put your tent on. Access only for small rigs (maybe midsized) I would say. You have to drive through some narrow passages in the village centre, only 100 metres away. WiFi only close to their restaurant. Showers, only hot when sunny. The 2 footstep toilets and 2 showers are clean. Two nights, 2 pers. motorbike, tent, 160 TL. A perfect spot for (motor)bikers: little supermarkets, bakkery, snacks, restaurants, beach, all very close.

What a fantastic place - think of simple, informal beach life with really good, clean facilities and very relaxed vibe.
The taverna is now closed (September) but personally I’m glad as it’s very quiet and relaxed.
This site is only new this year (2021) and everything is brand new - showers/ toilets/ kitchens/ laundry etc. Spotlessly clean.
Informal parking around the site either under shade of the olive trees and plenty of areas right on sea. Plenty of shade also.
Cost - €15 per night for van and two people.
We’re now on our 2nd night but it may well drift into a week as think it may be hard to leave.
There’s a small market for food and supplies only two minute walk up into the village.
What a fantastic find….. I’m sure most people blast through here on way to the south but I’m really glad we didn’t.
Please visit but treat it with full respect.

We decided to stop at Wal-Mart for the night at 8pm, there are few RVs here, just stop by the grass side , far away from the store entrance ! Nice and quiet and safe !

Yepi is super friendly and helped us out right away.
1 ding, 1 crack of 20cm and some small crack was usd25 in total.

Very nice grassy place close to the beach with shade. Clear lake water, looks like an ocean. Christopher are very friendly and helpful. He start for maintenance 3 cottages with 6 rooms but slowly going on. He ask for 50 KW pppn.

Pretty nice large spot. Definitely tent camping only, plenty of spots for tents on and near the beach. Couple other folks staying here when I was but everyone was quiet and respectful. No LTE on AT&T but plenty of bars. Pretty far from any fairly priced beer, groceries, and water so I would definitely recommend bringing all you need with you.

Very basic, but nice and quiet campsite about 300m from the falls. There are clean toilets and a banda, but no other facilities. The falls are quite spectacular - especially when viewed from the bottom. There was nobody when we arrived, but the caretaker came around the next morning. Rates were $15 pppn and $5 pd for the vehicle. The road from the T2 was semi-ok. No 4wd required.

Most beautiful camp site EVER! it was calm and quiet. Incredible view for both sunrise and sunset . A huge wow!

Quite a few spots by the river. Small RV accessible cause the trail isn’t large enough to accommodate big rigs (or else you’re looking at damages). Super quiet during the night, aside from waterfall noise. Fire pits. Watch where you step if you venture in the woods. Lots of human waste left-overs…

Good spot. I stayed close to the bathroom to avoid the slightly rough road to further spots.
