A bright green schoolie serving up the best kimchi breakfast tacos and classic burritos. Great coffee, serves lunch too! Make sure to tell Frank, the old black lab, that he is a good boy :)

Went to try to fill up water and the dump station and all water is closed and/or out of service. No water available and no dump station. Have to try to find somewhere else

Very nice place and quiet.
There is 2 different place to park. The first one is near the entry on the left, down the gravel path, very close to the rocky beach, kind of leveled. The other one is further on the path in front of the entrance, this one is leveled and paved with a fire place but a bit further away from the side of the water, but very very quiet. Nice sunset view on both.

We had a great time. Remember, no water or electric. Pit toilets were reasonable. No cellular service here for Verizon customers. This is a lovely, remote and visually scenic lake. We enjoyed our stay.

Stopped by today 9/27/21. They no longer allow showers to the public due to issues it was causing to the septic system. The trading post across the street does not either (not since pre-Covid).

Great rest area, spacious, tons of ppl were here overnight. The southbound rest area might be a little less crowded. 3 bars Verizon lte, NO TREE COVERAGE. Super rainy today

There are 2 spots that can be used closer to road leading in. This spot is about a 1/4 of a mile further down the road. Itsit up slightly from road and has a fire ring and some shade too. I decided on this spot because the 1st had a bit of mud and the 2nd was occupied by another van. There are a ton of mountain bike trails in the area. I might hit those in morning. FYI this road in is not Maitained in the winter.

Sweet spot in a little pull out off the road. Looks out on the lake, there is a cabin/resort situated across the water. Pretty quiet although there is some little bit of road noise. The water is beautiful!

Amazing spot! Many different little roads you can follow, so there’s a ton of spots. You will have to go through two cattle gates to get to the water.

We were slipping and sliding in our 2WD van once we left the main road (it was raining and quite muddy) but found a little spot that was good enough for the night and didn't end up getting stuck. Didn't see any cows but there were some pies.

BUGS! This would have been one of the most beautiful spots on our trip, right on the water, but the insane amount of bugs makes it nearly uncampable. Would not stay here again.

Harbormaster building has restrooms with showers in the back. Ask the harbormaster for the door code to get into the bathrooms. I didn’t use the showers but they are clean and I assume it wouldn’t be a big deal to use them. As always, be polite, be respectful.

Plenty of company overnight, semi-permanent RV's, vans, tents as well as other folks staying the night. Open car park between the community centre and the gym, trees and streetlights. Portaloo to the left of the centre. I arrived after dark, a quiet comfy night, busy in morning. No trouble as I expect people coming and going know folks live here. Will come again.

Slept here for one Sunday night, I rolled in with my converted passenger van after dusk figuring I might just look like I belong here. There were folks using the lot to cross through to the next street, but other than that it was very peaceful and no one objected to me being here. Checked for signs of no overnight parking in the morning around 8:30 but saw none. There were a handful of cars parked here in the morning too.

We were able to fill our external propane tank ( RV tank) with propane here. Their pump wasn’t visible from the parking lot but when we went inside to enquire they sent a fellow out right away to help us.
The pump was actually hidden at the base of the large vertical tank at the corner of the parking lot. This makes us realize we may have been passing by other service stations thinking they couldn’t serve us because we couldn’t see the pump!
