Free dump station, trash dumpsters, restrooms, convenience store, beach etc. there is an entrance fee of $25 or use an annual national park pass. No fee when we were there on a Wednesday. There’s a restaurant open fri-sun until 4pm. Really nice!!

Really professional, they were as helpful as possible and very friendly. Clean and well equipped workshop.

Edgar speaks perfect English, and knows about adventure bikes from experience. As well as bikes they are the national dealer for Hepco & Becker and Wunderluch kit.

Wish we had found them earlier. Highly recommended!

Not many eateries around, we liked Pannitos for big portions and good quick food (no alcohol at present). Hamburgers, pasta, pizza, clean and cool.

ATTENTION!!! Don't let GPS tell you to turn down "Hide a way Dr" instead go down "Ferry Rd"

Once you reach the boat parking lot , continue further on and you will see a single lane road. It does have a lot of pot holes but slow and steady will get you through just fine.

Excellent spot. Thank you again, iOverlander! Big, big level area, accessible by good road. We’re here for the night with two other cars. Facing the ocean, watching the sunset, having a campfire.

CT Lakes Natural Area. Take East Inlet Rd east off hwy 3. You will cross a single lane bridge & the road will T. Go either direction & within 1/2 mile you will enter CT Lakes Natural Area. This is privately owned land conserved for public use. There are no formal campsites, but there are numerous grassy pullouts from the dirt road. As far as i can see in google earth, all roads eventually dead end. A van or smaller will do fine. 2-wheel drive worked for me & i drove several miles on the roads exploring. Trailers or larger rigs won’t have any place to turn around, & some of the roads get narrow. At most times my hotspot was able to provide wifi service. Only saw 2 other vehicles the entire time i was in here. It’s beautiful. You have a brook that mostly follows the road if you turn left @ the T, or the CT river if you turn right. I did not spend the night bc i am a solo female & both the other trucks i saw had single men. I got creeped out that they knew i was in there alone. If i was invisible or with someone else i would definitely have stated. This seems like a place you could spend a few days with no problems. No fires allowed. Leave no trace principles to be followed.

Boat launch with tons of parking. These GPS coordinates will take you to the turn off and the boat ramp is just 50 yards down on your left. No water or amenities, very little Verizon cell service, but a pleasant place to park for a night. Very close to groceries and gas in Weston. Friendly care taker tells us there are several boat launches around here. No signs against overnight camping.

Why not sleep next to the haunted remnants of the lunatic asylum where thousands of Americans have disappeared mysteriously or been lobotomized… or both. There is municipal parking in front where we stayed the night along with one other camper. No problems. Portopotties nearby, a Shop and Save, and you can take a tour of the old loony bin.

Nice open spots on flat level ground. Great if you need to keep solar panels out of the shade. sites were a little too open and close together for my liking. If you continue down FR71 there are dispersed sites on the side of the road for at least 4 miles if you're looking for a bit more privacy.

RV Park and Campground 12 miles north of Fairbanks. Not sure why this place isn't on this app yet but here it is. As of Oct. 6, 2021 every RV park in and near Fairbanks is closed for the season (though none have updated their websites or Google). Owner Richard messaged me back after 10p on a Tuesday to say that he was officially closed but he could maybe help me out. I have no idea what his normal rates are but he's letting me plug my 19' promaster van into standard ⚡ with access to hot unlimited 🚿, indoor bathrooms and coin laundry for $250/week. Free wifi works near the main building. 🐕friendly. Joan is also super welcoming and lovely. Drinking water is a few hundred feet north up the road on the left - fill up before you get here. Free to fill jugs and open year-round. The water here at the park is full of iron so tinted red and unsuitable for drinking. Was also warned not to launder white clothes (but dark colored clothes should be fine). So grateful they're letting me stay during the off-season. Great owner and manager! Full bars on Google fi. Microwave available in main building.

Don’t park on Portway Ave (parallel to river). Park on 1st/2nd/8th (perpendicular to river). There are “no overnight camping” signs on Portway and and none on 1st/2nd/8th, which seems intentionally tolerant. Portway is right in front of businesses, so kinda not cool and I can see Hood River becoming less tolerant if it continues to happen.

On 1st/2nd/8th streets, it’s not as “in your face”. This whole area is very nice, very well lit and feels very safe. However, 8th St is adjacent to waste water treatment plant so I stayed on 2nd. There was also construction trucks throughout the night so I heard the “beeping sounds”. However, not overwhelmingly loud at all. I put in earplugs and didn’t hear a thing!

Free clean easy peezy dump station at the waste water treatment plant on 8th.

Your Google maps may try to route you through this road to Villanueva. Road is impassable. You’ll see a sign welcoming you to San Benito and will take you off the main road. It starts out pavement then turns dirt. About 2 miles in is where they started to build a bridge but the locals say they stole the money. Just head to Agua Azul and let your maps reroute you from there..

High clearance needed for sites on left fork, sites on right fork much easier access. Spectacular views, no shade, potentially windy.

Well maintained and spacious camping. Large gravel parking lot with designated sites marked by fencing and posts. Part of the Sweetwater Event Center, a fairgrounds with several buildings. Central bathhouse that serves the lower camping area. 10 individual bathrooms, each include a tile shower stall. Impeccably clean.

2021 price was $11.00 for dry sites, showers included. A few other larger rigs here that are hooked up to power, water and sewer. Believe the price was in the 30’s.

Good cell coverage and free campground wi fi.

The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, it is evident she likes people.

The fresh water and dump site is right outside of the campground as the previous posts state. However, the dump site requires you to get a code from the camp gate house which is only open from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm. You cannot use it without a code. The fresh water is free to use at any time.

After several days of wild camping this was a real treat. THERE IS A HOT TUB! Open till 10pm for all guests, no matter the type of site you choose. We took an RV site with power only, they have yurts, large cabins and walk-in campsites, as well as full service RV sites. There is laundry, hot showers, and bathrooms open all night. They’re currently building more yurts and also have a canteen open till 8pm that has ice and snacks.
