Can only echo the previous comments ! Super professional quality, speedy service and Patricia is a gem. We were totally lost doing the last step of our Chilean Pase de Movilidad ( during Covid ) and she called the help line for us, guided us to the local clinic, and helped us download the documentation to the MeVacuno site. She went above and beyond…! Super interesting lady !

this is a very unsafe location. after talking to security they have had several assaults and overdoses in the area over the last few weeks. there is a homeless camp at the back of parking that has been a safety issues around here.

Large pullout, enough room for two vans or maybe small travel trailer. Somewhat level.

Very quiet at night, until early morning when the logging trucks begin going down hill and traffic to Mendocino picks ups.

No signs other than no littering (which someone did). No houses near by.

Good place to fill up the RV. On the side of the uhaul

The spot just around the corner from here was too wet and the access road was too rough for our low-clearance camper, so we came back down the road to this trailhead. Worked great for the night, and although it’s not super level, it’s not terrible.

Drove in to see the campground. It’s abandoned. The restaurant is definitely closed. Windows shut with ply board. It seems like a vacation home area that used to have a restaurant and campground and both are now closed. The lagoon is pretty but wouldn’t stay here even if free.

on both sides of the roads are very small and unimpressive mechanics.
There are bicycle mechanics and parts as well.
There's also a few shops who sell oil and tubes. If you get lucky you will find the right size. Prices are 2x 3x compared to Europe. if you plan to work on your bike in the area, Emirates would be a cheaper choice.
The availability of motorcycle parts is pretty unimpressive. There's no market for it here apparently.
I asked if they could bring a 21 inch tire from Riyadh, they said, it's unlikely they have it there either...
They had some good synthetic Motul oil 20W50 though

amazing and beautiful place. don't attempt if you have a top heavy or long vehicle as the road is full of tank traps. high clearance is a must

Nice pull off along HWY 72. Not much traffic at all. Pit toilets and a big parking area. This is also a spot that the Great West Trail crosses the main road. Good cell service as well.

Stayed one night. This location allows overnight parking (called to confirm). Quiet for an off the highway spot. Slept nice and said thank you on our way out!

I’m in an RV. I stopped by to do some shopping at Target and fix lunch for the dogs. I had a security guard come to my rig and tell me there’s a 2 hour parking limit as they are trying to limit the homeless staying there.

No Problems. Of course if you decide to Camp near the Highway you here some Cars. But in Night it is absolute calm. The Wc and the shower were absulut clean. Nice hot water was Running.

Location is just a tiny bit further than the GPS point, and on the right. Totally fine to fill up unusual shaped tanks. They charged us 15Q for 30 litres.

Fiquei uma semana no camping maragogi 2, este fica ao lado da casa do Sr Marcos a uns 350 metros da praia. Sr Marcos sempre atencioso, e presente quando precisamos. Tem banheiro, água, chuveiro (água fria), energia, cozinha comunitária simples, mas muito boa. Agradeço Sr Marcos pela simpatia.

Dispersed campsite in the Snake Creek area of GBNP and it has cell phone service! 2-3 bars on ATT. We parked right at the junction of five roads and didn’t see anyone for three days. Once you get to this spot if you take the road to the right it will take you to a few more campsites on top of the hill. This spot is right on the NP boundary so several of the other roads lead into the park and I do not think you can camp there. The road up is bumpy and requires high clearance, but we made it here in our 170” 2WD Sprinter no problem. No amenities, but free!

So this is a large flat area before you go down the hill closer to the river. Granted, the place down the hill closer to the river is drop-dead gorgeous. But I wouldn't recommend it for trucks pulling trailers. I think full size class C's would be fine. But I'd stay up top here if you're in a longer rig.

if its not obvious from the comments, this isn't actually WiFi but a store that sells simcards. it's a good grocery though and there's a laundromat next door

Cabañas for rent and so much space to pitch your tent. (Sorry for the unintentional rhyme. Won't happen again)

Really lovely place at the road. It's a family business that opened in April 2021 so everything is new, clean and well cared for.

They have a big garden, lots of palm trees, palapas, a tree house, some turkeys and a mirador where you can see monkeys. (That's what they say, didn't go.) Toilets and shower are good and clean, wifi is working and the owners are really friendly people.

We stayed for a night, they let us pitch the tent in a palapa as it was about to rain. 1 person is 125 pesos per night, 2 persons are 200. That's for camping, don't know the price for cabañas.

Great place, really enjoyed it. However, it's directly on the road so quite some traffic noise.

Stopped to check this place out in the dark and we decided to pass. Too close to the highway and lots of garbage and mud. Might be able to explore the area better during daylight.

Gravel parking lot away from the highway. Entry from the highway requires a short section of rough road. Parking area is behind a gate, which is normally closed. Sign on gate asks you close the gate behind you. Once inside, there is an incredibly large gravel area in which to park. Some established fire rings already here. I was here on a Monday evening, and I had the place to myself. Far enough off the highway that other vehicles passing day or night should not see you. No signs advising against parking/camping overnight. AT&T cell signal is perfect. Although a huge amount of space, I would suggest this for car/van/tent campers or someone with a smaller tow behind camping unit.

this place is flat and can host 4 big rigs. amazing morning view of cocran mountains. not so windy as it is a bit protected. cold at night because of the 3880 alt. but worth it

Stunning view over sunset! Saw 3 klipspringers when we arrived. Campsite is Located by the road but very rarely you see a car. Gate is open but no one is there. Water was hot because of the sun but firewood was available in case we wanted to heat up the donkey. Toilets weren't very clean because of gecko poop, but facilities are fine. There was even toilet paper. Shade from the veranda lasts until around 4pm then reduces as sun comes down. Worth at least one night visit for sure! We stayed from 5pm until 11:30am next day and no one came. A sign at the entrance shows a cellphone number but we didn't have any credits to call and also MTC network is not available, so we left without paying...
