This is a sanctuary that has 3 camping spots. U have to call ahead. They r on hipcamp and harvest hosts.
You can also find “Lis-bon Acres” contact info on Facebook.
Very friendly and u get to feed/pet the animals. Has a little playground for the kids and a meditation area.
Also has glamping (a spacious canvas tent with wooden roof).

If you like nomads and hippies you’ll love this place! Owned by the friendliest young couple, there are full hookup rv spots, tent spots and even a little boutique hotel. They have food with a cute little outdoor cafe. Super pet friendly

Excelent camping to rest and enjoy the Atacama desert. Mr. Mauricio the owner is an excelent person and can help the overlanders with all we need. We went there for a day and stay for 6 days more.

Several overnighters spotted here, Work trucks, semis, campers, and cars all sharing this space respectively and responsibly. Many shops, hotels, and gas stations nearby for convenience, as well as highway access nearby.

Maybe a good small group area or a reststop for the night at the sites close to the entrance. But if you just want peaceful privacy then this isn't the spot. This primitive camp is cramped together and busy for how large and empty the whole forest actually is. Campsites are quite close to the trail, so everyone hears and sees people driving through the bad road (sleep disturbing). The trail road is tore up like all the back trails here. You need a good truck or off road vehicle to get through the far back trails and you may get stuck or damage your vehicle. This area looks great for 4x4 mud bogging in the flooded trails, but apparently not much else. I'm quite disappointed in the land sharing for different activities. Many cramped at the camp, but didn't see anyone using the nearby flooded trails or signs of recent tracks. They really need to expand and improve the camping area. Even though it's free, it isn't worth the long drive with all the mosquitoes and a lack of a camping experience in the no place to explore woods.

Very quiet lot. Stayed one night. No disturbances and we were the only ones parked on a Saturday night. Area is clean. Not far from main roads but tucked back enough to have minimal to no road noise. Would stay again.

cosy set up in the woods, next to a stream. no dumping or electricity but there is water. we came here after skyline and another in central napa were full. don't really rate napa tbh. very hard to just walk in and do a tasting. you have to book and pay through the nose in advance. we should have searched the lesser known valleys for a bit more authenticity but we ran out of time

Some nice little tucked away camp sites down the right fork just before the old telegraph station carpark. More spots down the 4wd track to the beach.

Go to front desk and ask for a shower and you get charged $1. Walk to the locker room and there is many stalls for showers. Brought my bag right into the shower. Was pretty warm water and no time limit. Went on a Saturday and it was very busy and there were people walking all the time. They had a spot to blow dry and style hair as well. Very good for a quick shower.

Very basic hotel, but for 40k pesos it’s a fantastic deal. Cold shower, average WiFi and a fan. No a/c but they have gated and covered parking that can only be opened from the inside. We felt safe parking the motorcycles here and staying for the night.

Showed up late without calling. Took a second to explain due to our poor Spanish and their poor English. Gate was open. 20 thousand pesos total for both of us and the van. They have showers, a pool, cooking pits, and nice but loud dogs.
