I spent 2 nights here in April without issues. It's a moderately big area at an intersection and it's mostly flat. If it happens to be full you can probably find some space along the access roads as well. The road can be rough in places but you don't need 4wd. On one of the nights I was the only one there. Pretty quiet, with the exception of a truck going past occasionally.

Nice hotel, owner was really friendly and very helpful. I paid 3000 arg pesos on a busy Saturday as the first two places I went to in Uspallata had no room

located less than a mile from the east entrance of Zion National Park. Laundry was ok. Bathrooms had black mold in the men's showers. Slow wifi at the office. Was quiet at night.

Winter rates: $40+ for tent, $50+ for RV, $175+ for cabin

Great facility, prices remain the same as described. Seems well used and looked after by local community. Can be hard to get change if you go on a day when nearby businesses are closed.

Safe and nothing fancy. We stayed the night here and drove to the lighthouse in the morning. There was plenty of room, a little noisy by the highway but not bad.

Wow, warm water in the bathroom sinks!
The visitors center was closed on a Sunday afternoon, so I think it may be seasonal.

This was a great spot to camp for the night. No “no parking” signage anywhere. There were 3 other campers here as well. It was quiet, just the sound of waves crashing which was awesome. No one knocked. Views in the morning are beautiful!!

La lagune d'eau douce est très agréable avec du sable au fond.
le terrain est plat.

Nothing great but plenty of spots to pull in. I was up on the hill but moved lower to get protection from the nonstop wind. Verizon and AT&T LTE acceptable. The road gets rougher but passable as you go further in but I only went about 1/2 mile, use your judgment. Not sure if fire ban but it's really dry, be careful.

great place to spend the night while traveling! library appears closed on weekends. wasn't sure where we were supposed to park, just ended up parking in the library parking lot itself, which is about 100 yards away from the dirt parking lot that others referred to. no one bothered us all night, super quiet with gentle rooster sounds in the morning and tons of wild life / birds!

bathrooms on site are pretty clean, and there is in fact a hose spigot on the rear corner of the building, though you need a water key to turn it on and we did not test it. there is a drinking water fountain located behind the baseball diamond, which does work but is very high pressure. could be used for filling bottles if needed.

can walk to the Mexican border wall, but several houses in the neighborhood have dogs that were off leash and roaming free, so we did not attempt it.

About 30m off ruta 40, two fireplaces under trees, no wind upon arrival, during the night a little more and although the trees moved around, still little wind on the ground level. Coming from the south, a small track leaving the road about 150m down.
Quiet night with very little traffic on the nearby road.
In the pictures it looks nicer than it is, but it'll do for a night.
A bit of garbage around.
Noise from the road as the patch is on the same level.

Stayed two nights in camper van. Prices remain the same $200/night and dinners $150/pp. Cabañas are beautiful and now complete. SUPER hosts and super beautiful. recommended.

It is a beautiful place to stay with your car/camper. It is officially allowed to overnight here. We had lonley beach, shadow space to relax an a flat parking space for our car. 5 of 5 stars! But bring enough food and water with you. There is no shop here. You have to pay 10 USD per night and person for entry in the national park (you need to tell that you will stay over night). You have to be there before 15:00! From 17:00 to sunrise you have to stay on the camping area.

A bit windy at this spot, but more sheltered spots to the east. This is Yurok land, always best to check in at Tribal Headquarters in town first. People friendly if you respect their lands.

I was the only car there and got booted. about 12:15am, cop pulled in and said they have had trouble with people shooting up and passing out at this spot. he said they let people sleep a bit at the Parkers up the road a few minutes.

Kevin is a great host and his place great to stay. He just started receiving overlanders so things will even get better in time. It's so safe that we kept our windows open when we left, and close to city center. Send Kevin a message on Whatsapp in advance so you'll be sure he opens the gate for you 😉.

I would say, without a stronger 4x4, here should/could be the end of what is drivable with a weaker 4x4.
Until here, we did it with our Sprinter 4x4 without problems, but going further would have caused, to climb the dunes even higher as we already did.
The sand is very soft here and here and there it's getting pretty steep. Without 4x4 this place isn't accessible.
Expect lots of sand storm.

The way up here, is spectacular epic, but here and there very steep... we estimate 25-32% and maybe even more. It's beton and also very narrow sometimes, with quite a few needle curves.
You'll need to drive through some small villages until you reach the dead end, where probably 4-6 cars will fit.
No way for bigger rigs to go until here, even though a 4x4 isn't really needed.
We barely made it up here with our Sprinter 4x4 (1st.gear) and it took us approximately half an hour.
If we had been forced to stop, we wouldn't have made it!

Locals are very friendly, staying for the night hasn't been a problem.
To get to the Wadi, there are 2 ways, one easy one, hundreds of stairs down (15-20 mins), the other way is through the jungle (30 mins), but here you'll need a guide, as you can get easily lost here.

The Wadi itself has been worth the way. Two beautiful pools, surrounded by lots of rocks and a small waterfall. Swimming here is no problem.

A bit pricey (8$ pp) but a very nice spot at the lake. Some days there is a bus load of backpackers that come from Grenada to make use of this place for the day. After 4 it's only guests but there is space enough anyway. Two places to park; at the parking or near the cabins inside the gate. we stayed in the last spot and could plug in.

Very quiet spot in the mountain, difficult to find but very nice. You can park behind the trees, very subtle. Large enough for regular car or grand caravan.

Great spot on the lake! No facilities, but plenty of trees. Just don't leave a mess! Very quiet with just the sounds of water birds nearby. If you drive along the road a bit along the lake on the right hand side there is a flat grassy opening right on the lake shore.
Strong 4/4.5g signal on Claro and Movistar, although they occasionally swapped to bad 3g for some reason. It was very stormy the night we stayed...

Single night overnight parking still allowed here. Parking is free, unlike the rest of Leavenworth lots. We have overnighted here in the past, but only used the lot for daytime parking of our rig while visiting downtown. Lot is mostly level, but not absolutely spot on level. There is a cute biscuit and coffee cafe next to the lot, but not associated with the lot. It is a bit of a walk into downtown, 5 or possibly 10 minutes.
