A great place to spend the night near the Mexico Boarder. Q20 pp ($2.5) A water park that welcomes overnight travelers. An older facility. We preferred to use our own RR if you know what I mean, they had older bucket flush facilities. People were really nice. Plenty of room for all.

Great camp spot on the river with a level place to park near a fire ring. Besides the train and minimal traffic, relatively quiet.

Nice place, clean bathrooms. Hot showers 8-11 and 20-23hs according to posted signs, but were open all day when we visited. Reception open for check-in 08:00 to 00:00.

Beautiful little spot right beside an ancient cemetery. Road traffic from the highway is perfect white noise. Homes in the area…so be respectful.

There is a dumping station at RV.com (next door to Camping World). It does cost $15.

$25 a night for electric and water hookups. there are open spots or you can make a reservation on their website. you can dry camp for $12 in any spot. 37' trailer fit no problem. Didn't use the showers at the camp but the wifi was excellent. We watched Netflix and did homeschooling with no problems. dump is available and easy to get in and out of. A great hike is right in the campground, which was really nice.

Very good place for one night. No wind and good protection due to a lot of trees. Local Picknick area but almost no rubbish. No problem for our 2 WD mini van.

mixed messages here. signs saying no overnight truck parking but about a dozen semis, vans and car campers spent the night here with me. other than the street sweeper that worked the parking lot for about 30 min it was a very quiet night here tho. would stay again.

Great view and 4 bars in Visible network. Road is a little rough, but with a 21’ TT and two wheel drive, made it easy but slow

Very nice view, but didn’t stay because of the wind. There was a tree on the road as well. We made it on 2WD but wouldn’t do it again.

Beautiful place, the local government put toilets and showers for a cheap price. There are some tables and chairs around the beach for people to use. Very bad telephone signal. It says that it’s forbidden to camp, but during Holy Week we stayed here for two nights without any problem and many people too.

This place can get crowded! All the pullouts on the 140 on the way to Yosemite have multiple signs saying “no overnight parking” this spot consists of about 3 large pull off areas, with no signs at all. On the weekend nights it can get very crowded so come early! Stayed 4 nights while on a trip to Yosemite and wasn’t bothered at all here, felt very safe with all of the other vans/ rigs around. The El Portal chevron gas station bathrooms seem to be open all night too- the gas station lights are turned off, but the bathrooms are on the outside and I used them at 10:30pm with no issues!

Easy, 10 other vehicles. busier than I expected. Some campers with their slides out? :/ no problems at all.

Found a nice spot away from the crowd, make a sweet fire pit for everyone to enjoy

locals are not friendly here, made me very uneasy around my wife and children. Shortly after my family and I arrived and had set up camp two men pulled trucks up with their headlights on and one stayed back with a rifle while the other confronted me in front of my family. According to him, these are not camp sites and the locals have to pick up after everyone. very scary, not worth the drive.

We had two quiet nights here. Toilet is ok. In the evening a little busy. But at around 10 it gets quiet. I don’t know how it is on weekends.
We payed 200.000 to park for two nights. We took a taxi to go to the city center. Price is between 300.000 and 500.000.

Also known and displayed on business signage as OVK. Fuel pumps accessible from the side road perpendicular to the main road.

Newly refurnished hotel outside Abha. We were here during Ramadan and the camp spots mention here in Asir NP were closed. Very clean and quite place. You can park in the frond of the hotel.
