exactly like folks say. It can be a bit busy during the day but I found the very far spaces up against the trees on the Cinema side to be quietest with the least traffic going around. There is a connector road kind of behind the cinema so you'll have folks driving through the parking lot all the time.

It's nice to have two sources of water at the same place available. unfortunately The threading on the spigots for hoses does not work. also, when we were here the place was surrounded by elk kind of fighting us for the water and sucking right off of the spigot. So if you do manage to get a spot here between elk grades, you might want to disinfect the nozzle.

This is located in the middle of nowhere, but is a National Historic Site. There is no signs indicating no camping. It is a grassy parking lot, but not much level ground. It is surrounded by forest. Better for small campervan or tenting.
No body around. There is picnic table, pit toilet, fire pit and bear proof garbage can.
There is no wifi, but great cell service.

Drove past this today. Road down to campsite is pretty rough. Whole park isn’t well maintained. Didn’t pay anything though. Arrived at 7pm and there was no one around.

Came to this place after the first campsite looked rough. This one isn’t much better. There is some picnic benches and fire pits but nothing is really maintained. Road is really washed out so high clearance is recommended and lots of low branches so we were kind of limited in our truck camper

Road down was slow and bumpy. Overall not a bad place to camp considering it was free

Fine place to camp without water. Turn south of the main road (in the corner) and follow dirt road for 350m till you're at the river. Plenty of horizontal spots to pitch a tent. And just far enough of the road to not be bothered by traffic noise.

Loud traffic is a guarantee. Lots of glass and garbage where you park… but under the bridge was cool and there was a rope swing! Also I’m pretty sure there was a “no camping or no overnight parking” sign that was spray painted over, we still camped there and no body bothered us.

Large primitive campground.
Lots of pines and shade.
Several fire pits.
Access by a dirt track.
4WD not required if dry.
High ground clearance is best.
4 bars LTE.

Completely legal to overnight park. SMALL lot will fit vans only or very small C’s. Narrow road it 1.5 vehicles wide with small occasional pull-outs. Really nice sounds of water running through lock.

Great spot out of the way along a dirt road. No issues getting to it in a minivan. Very clean and the only other people we saw when we were there were a couple of park maintenence in the morning before we left. Thanks for this location!

Good spot, quiet, mostly level, felt safe. One other van and a couple of trailers were parked also, everyone was respectful of space and noise level.

This is the smallest Cabelas I've ever seen so don't roll in expecting a giant lot you can tuck back into. It's about the size of a Target and connected to a Hobby Lobby. Just park toward the back of the lot and you should be fine.

Bonus, Cabelas let's you bring your leashed dog inside, so if you need to burn some energy off take a stroll through the store. Ours even got dog treats from the cashier!

Checked Esso online, and it said showers closed at 10p, but they were still available after midnight. Very warm & clean. I was blown away by how friendly everyone was, and this felt like a safe place to sleep for the night

One of the most beautiful spots I have ever seen. Literally a desert oasis, a massive lake right in the middle of the desert. Saw one of the best sunrises I’ve ever seen in my life. Can’t believe this is free. Public toilet but don’t know if it’s unlocked or not.

Continue on the main highway just a hair until you see “two thousand miles beach,” open spots as far as I can see. As stated elsewhere, the sand gets a little trickier the closer you get to the shore, just stick to the main gravel and dirt roads and you’ll be fine. Don’t need 4x4 all unless you wanna get right up on the coast. Roads are smooth, a slightly hilly but not to worry.

Can get extremely windy. The gnats are also a slight problem but worth it for this spectacular view.

Trash isn’t so bad, few scattered pieces here and there but nothing too crazy. Please don’t ruin this absolutely breathtaking spot with garbage.

We had a perfect stay here! Victor and his wife are soooo lovely, warmly and welcoming. The prices are 5 USD p.P.p.N. or 10 USD p.P.p.N. including Breakfast and Dinner. Clean bathroom and very fast Internet. We started our three-day hike to the Quilotoa Laguna from here, beautiful hike! Victor let our van stayed for free during the hike. Highly recommended!

This is right outside the riding Mountain national park. It’s a dead end near a big parking lot of the Ukranian heritage village. You have trails at this place as well. Very quite. Don’t know in the summer when the village is open though.
No sign of no camping.

Camped here at the parking spots in front of the train near the restroom which was nice and level unlike the creekside shoulder.

Parking lot was full until around 8 but empty after that. Other vans in area and one or two harmless homeless people when I was there.

Nice disc golf course down the street and pleasant walking/bike riding in this largish park.

We stayed here many times last year, but this year was a different vibe. Bullets(see pic) and nails everywhere. People like to unload their guns all along the road but someone pulled up right behind us and started shooting away. Some kids pulled up next to us and were hitting golf balls off the side of the mountain into the neighborhood below. We ended up leaving. Unfortunately would not recommend this place anymore which is so sad cause it is truly one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed.

Paid IRR1,500,000 for a double room with bathroom after discount (because I'm alone). Cleanliness is so-so. One of the pillow cover obviously not a fresh one & has hairs. Wifi works great. Parking is ample. The reception cant speak English but you can communicate using Google Translator.

Update on Amin GH.
In the morning when I check out, my phone cable on my motorbike was missing. The bike is parked in the courtyard & gate is closed at night. Who would hv steal it if not the guesthouse ppl or the guest?
