Basic hotel with a good price for Tehran. Single room 20$, superior single 25$. No breakfast, no towels, but room is big, it was clean and good wifi (for Iran). The windows cannot be open. There is a small parking, perfect for motorcycles and small cars. Not suitable for big rigs. Good location.

We stayed here after our day visit into Serengeti. Very nice rooms we were very impressed!! The lady gave us a ‘suite’ room which normally is 80000 but said we could have it for 60000. Really recommended and the staff were very friendly.

The prices for non-residents is just ridiculous. Prices changed in November 2021. Was going to be charged 40 dollars for a single room! We went to Giraffe Garden Hotel instead

Group of big tents than provide a place where to sleep and eat.
The tents have communal spaces with mattresses, pillows and plaids. You’ll need a good Sleeping bag due to the altitude, even in summer can become pretty cold during the night.
The entire setup is very utilitarian, don’t expect glamping, but it’s a cheap place where to stop between Leh and Manali.

The “restaurant” has the basic bread omelet and noodles.

Very friendly and fast service, paid 51.000CFA around 09.30h and had my passport at 15h. Only 1 photo, copy passport and filled form required.

Convenient and quiet location, inc parking, walking distance from Cameroon embassy. Western standard rooms (Chinese owned) inc ac, hot water etc. I negotiated 25.000CFA (first it was 50), later I overheard a local paying 15…

Superb camping. You must pay entry fee if $20 per person and $20pppn for camping. It seems expensive but when you see the conservation effort it's well worth the price. Tracking is extra. Amenities are spotless, hot hot water, kitchen, shelter for when it rains with benches etc, large space to set up camp. Facilities are really good. 4showers and 4 toilets in female block and cleaned daily. Wake up to rhino's just outside the fence and watch whilst drinking morning coffee. Peaceful. Superb

great location! room to turn around our truck and 27' trailer. it would be difficult with other cars here though. it turned out that we were the only ones here. a few people came by to walk the trail at sunset and then left.

We stayed on a friday night, it was not quiet, maybe other days are better. All night people talked loud or were racing with motorcycles or cars.
We asked the normal police and at night it is free and also today was free, but don't know if this is only saturdays or every day.
When we came back from visiting Santos, we were told that the Policia Transito made a foto from our license plate because we are too big (MB 1017A). Better ask the Policia Transito and not the "normal" police if parking is okay.

we stayed for three nights in the parking lot of the post. very safe and quiet, despite the intense noise from the road and the trucks parking. good bathrooms, with water and outlet. friendly and welcoming staff. we feel good!

A very large parking lot behind the fuel station, it is very quiet at night. Take care: if you need nafta 95 or 98, there is high limit ; no problems for diesel vehicles.

the rain was pouring. the night was coming. we found this parador with a quite inclined parking and a nice tienda. we spent the evening and decided to stay for the night. very friendly people. there is banos that we can use. noisy early morning

A dead end at the bottom of Ojibway Dr South. View of Burleigh Falls lock. Okay for quiet overnighting, but be respectful. This is part of First Nation's land. Walking access to facilities at Lock 28.

This is a free site in Buchanan State Forest. There is a website to apply for a permit that you should print & put in your window. For us the turnaround was 1 day. You might be able to call & get a permit: 717-485-3148.
The site is primitive. No bathrooms, no water. It is adjacent to Hwy 70 so you do hear highway noise, tho we didn’t hear traffic at night. We came up Spade Rd from the south. It’s a rutty gravel road uphill to the campsite. The road is not suitable for big rigs and I wouldn’t do it in bad weather. Road from the north may be better. Lots of room at the campsite tho a bit uneven & rocky. Room for several cars.

Aduana stopped me here. Very strange show, they looked like some teenagers hanging around with Adidas Training pants and so one. Normaly I wouldn't stop at such a show, but there we're some official signs and it was directly in front of the police, so probably they we're really from the aduana....

Nice place to spend the night. Day use area only signs on the left hand side gravel area near the toilet, so you have to use the area to the right, but a lot of space there too. Some ATV and motorbike noise but it was a Friday night so that's expected. Recommended

Typical Walmart, some large trucks a trailers up front but we decided to steer clear of them and park on the West side of the lot. Had a bit of noise from kids with music from their cars but died down around midnight.

Open dirt lot right off of highway. Very close to train tracks with loud trains about every hour. Soft sand.

Still a good place. Still $10 usd. Plus $3 for breakfast. Plus $4 to park your car inside gate.

Watch the signs for parking restrictions. Two lots have a P and one lot specially says no overnight parking. We spoke to some locals and they said they see many RVs parked here frequently. Tonight we are the sole RV. Quiet and beautiful.

We stayed in the garden suite and paid R360 pn for 2 people. Quiet, neat en-suite room that's shares a well-epuipped outdoor kitchen with the more expensive sea facing unit. Parking close to the room behind gate. Direct beach access and easy walk to the point and Tofo centre. You can also stay in the main house but not sure of the details. Zeka the caretaker can arrange fresh seafood for you at the local price - it will be a better deal no matter how good you think your bargaining skills are...

FREE! At least this year, changes and improvements are expected possibly next year. Nice sites, right on the river. This is quite possibly the friendliest town in Canada, maybe even North America. We couldn't walk more than half a block without meeting another local, telling about events planned later in the day, hiking trails nearby, or the history of the area. And also: Save 20¢ per liter on gas by buying on the reserve station east of the bridge.

Outhouses we're nice and clean, water an trash bins also available, picnic tables grassy lawn, but privacy between spaces. Lots of historical markers as you walk the small town, which has plenty of shops, a couple restaurants, everything you could need, even "Canada's smallest Canadian Tire". We liked this town and this area so much, we talked about moving here.

We were stopped heading south on our way to the border and they were definitely fishing for issues… lucky for us all our papers were in order, they even asked for vaccination cards then tried to tell me I should have a 4th dose!!! I knew the rules so called BS and he eventually let us off.
