We were not allowed to enter and stay for the night. They said the movie crew asked not to let anyone in.
It might be just today, but better have some backup plan when coming there.

As others have said, a very quiet Walmart! Would recommend

Walmart 35.84413, -96.39351

It's an artificial lake where family and fishermans come during week end. You can sleep there for 6.000 CLP (it may be possible to not pay because nobody came to check if we stayed at night).
We felt safe and the night was very quiet (except some barks of dogs).
The place is nice but a bit dirty, like often in Chile.

Camping Los Aromos -32.96628, -71.37014

Lugar seguro, con sombra, lindo y con baños y duchas cerca... muy buen punto para conocer la ciudad...

Touricentro Parking Lot 11.92101, -85.93928

A bit overpriced but we were happy to find Doritos (35bs), Oreos (4bs for a single packet), Pringles, (35) water and beer. The guy running the shop, Luis, is interesting.

well-stocked shops and water -22.47721, -67.64404

Bed for 40bs and that price included:

tea time (6pm - cookies and several cups of tea),
dinner (7pm, soup and pasta), and
breakfast (6-8am, pancakes and granola).
This was a fantastic deal! The staff was very kind and they let us store our bikes in an empty room they had.

We were 4 and got a room with six beds with a private toilet. No showers available but you can bathe at the hot springs. We filled up our bottles with clean potable water from the spigot inside the hotel.

We were there in mid November/22 and they were building a new section up front so from the outside the place looked messy, but the rooms are clean and there’s couches to sit around. Would recommend!

Hostal Loma Jara (good!) -22.53246, -67.64921

Camping Florida, Villa General Belgrano -31.97275, -64.54487

Tourist trap. Expensive 3500 for a coffee and 3500 for a piece of cake. Not super friendly… but have clean toilets, water and if you need to resupply - not many other options. There is a little mini market across the roundabout with slightly lower prices

Cruce a Torres del Paine -51.25908, -72.34512

Arrived after closing and was able to find a spot in the back. It was nice and quiet even with the lot full of other RV and car campers. Always feel safe. I love CB!

Cracker Barrel 32.00484, -81.27721

Cool place. The "camping" area is very basic.
I think the bathrooms are open all night.
Lots of restaurants and a beautiful lake within walking distance.

100mxn per person (or 50 for day use)

Here find lovely things all handmade. Highly recommended hand crafted art.

Lena Artesenal 21.01728, -101.25476

Nice quiet park as described. Bathrooms were moved to north side, and there were trash and recycling bins. Not very level but I slept like a rock. There was one drunk man at the baseball field when I stepped out to go to the bathroom before bed, but he kept to himself and I was unbothered. I would stay again.

Filled up with water but all diesel nozzles were out of order. Water tastes decent.

As described. Didnt go to the zoo as it seems weird.

Chamber of Commerce Alamogordo 32.90375, -105.96072

Free for 5 days but donations appreciated. Electric, water, dumpster, dump station. Porta potties in nearby park. There were 6 other RVs there. Felt safe. Nice park to take a walk through with my dog.

Coleman RV Park 33.17272, -102.27604

The park has a front entrance and a rear, a large rig can easily maneuver the parking lot and exit without turning around.

It is a perfect place to protect from the wind. It has some short trees. We use this place as cycletravellers. It has no water and it could be dangerous if you come here with pets.

El Nido del Flamenco -20.46789, -66.81596

Lesly the farm owner is a very nice guy.
The camp is on his farm, surrounded by sheep and goats. The ablutions are shared and very basic, but they do the job. The 3 camp sites are very private and have shade by trees. The price was 125ppn (probably can negotiate a bit). I paid 140 instead and got a sausage for the Braai on top and was allowed to use some wood from the donkey for the Braai. The sausage’s sheep and goat taste is very special and probably not for everyone, but I enjoyed it.

É um posto para quem está de passagem. Possui toda a qualidade da rede Full, o que quer dizer hma ótima internet é ótimas instalações. Mas é extremamente barulhento, e por isso ficamos apenas uma noite.

easy enough to find in the dark, decent handful of pull of spots right along 58 in addition to this road. parked in the first spot right at the start of the road and did not venture any further.

nice little site 150 ft off the main road. fire ring and only enough room for 1 vehicle. setup allows privacy from road if you park correctly. 2 bars Verizon 4gLTE and 2 bars TMobile 5g.

Beautiful hidden spot under the trees! We chilled here, had lunch and waited till the afternoon for the wildlife to come out. ;)

river spot -20.07428, -55.65197

N380pp, which although may sounds expensive, comes with private camp grounds (each with their own patch of grass). The most impressive private facilities we've seen, private ablutions with hot shower, laundry sink in addition to kitchen sinks and undercover area you could set up in the rain. the restaurant overlooks a private waterhole not 15m away; we saw zebra, giraffe, oryx and dikdik while we were there.

Tamboti campsite - Onguma reserve -18.78255, 17.06059

Nice hill, with a amazing view. We saw giraffe, and the birds song's also very nice. Would be a perfect spot for overnight and watching the sky
