Very nice host, 300 P for our big rig and two persons. Clean flush toilets, showers with cold water. Gate limits acces to maximum!!! 3.3 m vehicle heigth. Very steep entrance. Going out requested to do it backwards as the end of our truck came up to high. Not recomended for more than 3.2 m car height. Host was very helpful to get out.

This place was pretty quiet, big lot, it’s around the gas station and up the hill from the truck pumps. I couldn’t find it in the dark bc there’s no sign but it’s a great place to stay so far and the gas station attendant was super nice!

Nativa Whale is a great hostel/glamping environment that we parked our van in. Excellent level parking in large gravel area behind tall fences and locked gate. No height or size problems. Access to kitchen, bathrooms, and hot showers. There’s a bar (with music, but we were fine in our van with a small amount of fan sound), hammocks in the sand, an above ground pool, and a fire pit. The owner was awesome, and Angel, our host there, was super attentive when we needed help. He even walked all over town with us one day in search of a certain type of motor oil. Just a really great guy. Wi-Fi is strong, TV in the sitting area by the kitchen. No potable water for your rig if you don’t have a good filtration system, but they have water to drink for free. Everything here is super clean. Breakfast for $5 if you want, including fruits, cereals, yogurt, scrambled eggs, croissants, juices, coffee…. It’s a nice treat. We spent two nights parked right next to the beach before coming here, because the public toilets along the beach were only open sporadically and Hotel Victor Hugo and the Nantu both said no to using bathrooms and Wi-Fi, even if we paid some. We are glad they did, because we spent two weeks in town taking Spanish lessons at Clara Luna to brush up, and this place was awesome. We were sad to leave. The price was $6 per person. They were flexible on price for our kids.

Great spot with a small place to have a fire right on the river. Slightly rough road of pulling something heavy. Plenty of room for multiple campers.

Picnic stop along the highway. No facilities except picnic tables. Nice pull-outs and fairly secluded from the highway. We stayed the night here after running into darkness between Te Anau and Queenstown.

Calm place next to the dunes, no powerlines around. 1.8 km away from the tarroad. You are completely alone at this place. Enjoy!
There are many spots like ours.
Just drive off the road at a concenient spot and use the hughe level areas covered with small stones to find your way. Avoid driving on the sand.

Nice, quiet place. We slept here on the way to Iraqi border..In case of recent rain, the road will be very muddy and we would not advise entering here

We travel with a self-sufficient BigRig. As the name suggests, Langila Lodge is a lodge and not a campsite. We rented a room here with toilet and shower for ZMW 200 and were allowed to live in our vehicle, although of course we didn't camp in the sense of setting up camping chairs and tables, making a fire, cooking outside etc. Access also for BigRig and during the rainy season without any problems possible.

This place is very busy from early morning till late night. During the day no free parking spots. There's better options in the surrounding streets. I did use the toilets in the 5 days spend in San Martin.
