3 very sloped RV spots. Even to sloped to levle with blocks. It's right next to the Hwy and fairly noisy. Especially when that LOUD motorcycle or LOUD car drives by. There are a few level regular parking spots. I give this location a 4 on a scale of 1 to 10. |

Stayed here for 3 nights lol! We broke down so had to wait for the mechanics, so we did errands all over the city which was surprisingly easy, also went to movies across the street. Good Walmart, lots of overlanders with us back right side by the hotel. Never had any problems and didn’t see many homeless. Didn’t see any cops patrolling like some other reviews on RVParky had mentioned… grateful for the space to park overnight! |

(Note there are three iOverlander pins for the same place.) We spent two nights here and enjoyed our stay other than the rain! Paid 50,000 COP per night for two adults, one child. We didn’t buy the additional breakfast. The lawn for parking is quite small. It wouldn’t be able to accommodate a second vehicle of our size. But we were able to get level with blocks. The hostel area has great amenities and is so beautiful. Indoor and outdoor kitchens, both with stoves and sinks. Two bathrooms with (very) hot showers. Laundry is 25,000 COP/load to wash and dry, but we didn’t use that. WiFi is not fast, but it works fine. Hammocks to relax and colorful birds to watch. Caspian and I walked to use the pretty pool one morning. Two nights was not nearly enough to take advantage of the tours and hiking opportunities. |

Agree with all of the below - this place is paradise. Mario and is family are the most welcoming people. The pool is surrounded by tropical plants and is a fantastic place to beat the heat of the day. The camping area is flat, good baño’s etc. But Marios hospitality is the best part of this place. He brought us water, bananas, and even a fridge! Go and enjoy this place while it is quiet because it is bound to get popular soon!!!….. |

Very nice lodge with campsite. We enjoyed the privacy and also the luxury to use the restaurant and lounge. Staff very helpful and friendly. We did a game drive to QENP from there and enjoyed 4 nights. US$ 10 pppn. Possible the best camp in this area. Can recommend at all. |

Called and asked about parking for overnight. Front desk said they “can’t officially endorse it” but that this is the lot to do it in as long as we aren’t loud and reckless, we should be good to go. One other vehicle in the lot with me through a snow storm. Woke up with 6+ inches on the car. No plows came to that lot. Quiet and convenient. |

A couple of other vans here. I was in an SUV. Around 6am, someone went around knocking and saying no overnight camping. Guess you can get lucky here given the comments before but maybe the Walmart parking lot is more reliable. |

We stayed a week at a site just before this one, was lovely with a small fire pit, trees for shade and wonderful views. Not many people/atvs here. Some shooting on the weekend. Good loop hikes on atv trails. Road ruddy/bumpy as mentioned, but doable in our 4x4 van. Would keep bigger rig closer to main road. Lots of old wood for firewood. Some coyote noise in evenings. AZ permit required, but no one came around. |

Camping beside an unpaved road heading down a wash. We accessed this area in a Sprinter van. 4x4 used at one transition point near the beginning for both getting in and out. No cell coverage. Quiet Only one other vehicle seen heading out the night we stayed here. Lake Mead National Recreational Area. However, we were unable to reach the lake. A fence blocks the road before reaching the lake. RTE# 4713. Road is Functional Class 4: "Primitive Park Roads.
