Description
A free Recreation Site, 30 minutes from Oliver, up through the vineyards. Follow GPS. Take a left at the 2-sign fork.
Be aware: the last mile or so is a very rough narrow road so 4WD strongly recommended! Fire ring and pit toilet.
(If driven very slowly, a regular 2WD car can make it, but personally, I’d not do it again!)
The pay-off: the lake is serene and I have it to myself tonight

My first yahoo lake. Very crowded with the quad bike type partying until 2:00 am. Many swampy campsites… First and last stay here. Wouldn’t return.

Report Check-InSeveral other sites around the lake, great depending on wind direction or sun requirements. Just follow the road around the lake. Access road a bit bumpy but easy enough for 2WD.
