Report Check-InParking lot with picnic tables and covered cooking areas. Quiet at night, no one bothers you
Report Check-InBeach beautiful, staying an extra night. Fairly strong wind out today but very calm at our site
Report Check-InParking lot. Not much more to add to precedent reviews. We parked outside the gate at the second parking lot. We have a small minivan and there was a big RV beside us (more then 24’). I didn’t feel confortable in the 3rd because 1) the gate (was kept open all night) 2) young locals coming in and out 3) although great part a the beach, was far from the beach, 4) since it’s deeper in the marsh, more mosquitos. From the 2nd one, we could have our coffee easily at the beach. Dog walkers and joggers arrive early. We could hear the road traffic but there was no traffic, so no problem from that.
Report Check-InParked at last parking lot no issues stayed 2 nights. picnic tables so could cook my meals. Beautiful beach and friendly people.
Report Check-Invery nice Provincial Park it got washer and changing room, very beautiful beach.
Report Check-InGates remained open, beautiful beach. Last parking lot is not seen by street like the first two.
Report Check-InNice beach and a quiet spot to stay the night. I drove past both car parks and couldn’t see any signs forbidding overnight parking so felt quite comfortable staying. You don’t have a view of the beach from the parking lot but I found the first park was a little more scenic. Great for an early morning stroll along the beach.
Report Check-InParking lot to beautiful crescent shaped sandy beach. Access just off Rte 3. We went through gate and parked at the very last parking lot section. Sign says "no camping" but we just "parked" overnight. Nothing outside of rig to indicate otherwise. People stayed til dark walking the beach and then left. We stayed behind and bothered by no one. Very quiet. A few locals approached us at dusk because they were fascinated by our van. They said there is no funding for anyone to police the place so we should be fine, and if anyone asked us to leave, we could just park outside the gate (outside of the park jurisdiction). There are pit toilets, rustic change rooms, and covered picnic tables. Watched a fox cross the parking lot at dusk. Beach is pet friendly!
