Every few km on AY-110 you'll find spots to Camp on it, just next to the Street but no one bothers you in the Night.
First car crossed by at 6am when the Sun gets also out.

We didn't sleep here, but to update a somewhat old post: This is still accurate, there is nobody around and you can just pull off on the side of the road pretty much anywhere to sleep if you can handle the altitude. Comes in handy if it gets late.
