Something not right?

Description

Beautiful and secluded spot at the end of a long dirt road. Right next to a creek that's been partially dammed as a shallow swimming hole. Puss and Kill hiking trail also starts here. Access road is dirt but decently well maintained and accessible with any vehicle. Flat ground good for camping and parking. FREE and highly recommended. Fire ring.

Latest Check-Ins

We didn’t make it to the site. Unless you have 4WD, don’t try to follow the Google Maps directions to come in from the north off 73 - the road became very bumpy and steep and we couldn’t do it in our front wheel drive Promaster. I assume others are accessing it from the south.

Stayed here on July 4th and had the place to ourselves. Great stream going around the back of the site - nice white noise and flowing enough to cool off when it gets hot.

No real cell service. There are a couple is hiking trails nearby, though, there is no information about the trail at the trailhead. If you wanna hike, look up the trail info before heading to the site.

Great site overall.

Looks like a couple of guys are calling this spot home for the summer of 2020. There’s enough space that I was able to stay one night without being too near them, but if you’re looking for solitude, might be best to choose another location. Pretty drive in along the water.
