Still good Place!
There is some garbage (local one! But that is Peru).
The view over the valley is greate.
On OSM maps (e.g. mapy.cz) follow the small road an bevor the end (60-100m) turn right and follow the path until the end (turn point)

I would have never in a million years gone down this road to find this spot. but I'm glad we stopped here to check it out. great views. many flat spots. big rig friendly.

Beautiful sunset and stars! Too bad a guy on a motorcycle parked a few feet in front of where we were sitting—with plenty of other places to park—and proceeded to have a loud phone convo for 1.5 hours (pictured lol). Oh well! Nice stop for a night on the way to Lima.

I think big rigs could make it out here. A dump truck even made its way out there and turned around with no problem.

Beautiful place and very friendly villagers that even gave us many peaches from their land as a present. We stayed a little further up the track at a bend because the condition of the road is not the best.

Very beautiful spot. The trucks on the road are hearable and you are visible from the village. We stayed two nights and nobody came by. Please keep this place clean!

Well found spot this one. Great views, very quiet, no passers by. Claro reception. Almost perfect.

To get here drive to the far end of town (see maps.me) at the Y junction turn right until you reach the spot on top of a little hill with nice view into the valley. We had a quiet night.

Nice place to spend the night before we go to Huaraz.
Enter the village of caracay and follow the main road until it downwards down.
Follow the road to the right when it ends on the Gps and continue it until the point. Nice view, no dogs, peaceful!!

Joli endroit pour passer la nuit avant d'aller à Huaraz.
Entrer au village de Caracay et suivre toujours la route principale jusqu'à ce qu'elle descende vers les bas.
Suivre la route à droite quand elle finit sur le gps et la continuer jusqu'au point. Belle vue, pas de chiens, tranquille.. top!
