It's a parking area beside a square. It's free. A guy woke us up at 4 am telling us that we must pay 50 pesos. We said that we won't pay anything until morning. Nothing happened. we stayed sleeping quiet.

Este lugar y todo el centro de la ciudad no se puede estacionar. Recibimos multa. Solo a dos o tres cuadras no hay problemas.
Para pernoctar les recomiendo el nodo 4 Costanera restaurante Miraflores cerca del dique. Agua potable, baños y seguridad. Además muy silencioso para dormir.
