Nice and clean single rooms for $25, double for $35. With wifi (slow) and A/C.
No parking, but one block further away there is a secure overnight parking for $1.5.
Can stay with a pet, bit bigger dogs should be kept for the night in a designated area. We didn't know that and kept Django in the room.
Street noise can be a problem. It dies around 9 pmand resumes around 7 am. No rooms immune to that problem.
