This spot didn’t work for us! We received a knock at 3am from some cops telling us there’s an ordinance against sleeping in your vehicle overnight.
Report Check-Indo not use this spot, the cops knocked on our door this morning and told us that there is a city ordinance not allowing sleeping in a vehicle overnight. Due to the bed and breakfast being next to this spot, they are likely to call and complain about someone parking here cause people do all the time and once they call the police have to act otherwise the sometimes turn a blind eye. The police were very respectful and just left us with a warning.
Report Check-InGreat location as stated ! Bathrooms are located right in the main boardwalk shopping area seem to be open all night. To get to the bathrooms from the parking area, just walk onto the boardwalk and it’s pretty much a straight shot. Slept well all night. No one else was in the lot. And no one bothered us.

Report Check-InA hidden gem, even in peak summer!🤙🏼 Parked at 730, walked around past 8, when they stop charging, then strolled a few blocks to the Mango Bar for dinner and beers. A few brewskis and a burger for $33 plus tip.....Ahwooooooo!! Oh plus a live band!
Report Check-InAs advertised. Perfect, quiet spot with nothing but waves to be the bother. Could’ve parked at any of the lots between ocean view and the main strip and been okay (before May).
Report Check-InVery quiet, you only hear the sea all night. Free until 15. May. The police drove by in the evening and in the morning, but did not bother us. But the beach was closed because of COVID19

Dogs allowed on the beach! There are two trash cans right in the parking lot. Was not able to find any public restrooms - possibly because we came during the off season (November).

Amazing location !! Right by the beach. Completely free parking from mid Sept to mid May.
Bathrooms near by and beach showers to rinse.
Plus gorgeous sunrises !!👌🏻🤩

This is a beach parking. Free from 8pm to 10 am. No sign of overnight parking. And we were not bothered during the night. Quiet spot. 100 feet from the beach.
We are in a 19 ft RV and fitted well. Max length for the spots are 22ft. Not suitable for bigger rigs.
During the day, the parking is metered. 2$ per hour. We went on the beach to see the sunrise and saw dolphins 🤩
