Town of Squamish. Kite Surfing spot.
Awesome to see the surfers jumping right in front of your eyes. You can sit on the ranks and enjoy the view.
If you look closely you might see a seal.
There is a kite surfing school.
Dixie Toilettes are there.
This area and the entire Spit Road leading up to it is a NO CAMPING zone per Squamish's July 2019 bylaw - you will be fined and moved along.
Be aware that parking or turning around long wheel based vehicles once past the gate at the start of The Spit itself will be challenging - especially on a busy day.

Road is good now, and blocked 1km before the kite spot. Construction. You can probably walk to there, as there’s a trail access where the gate is at the moment.

We saw seals poking their heads out both times we visited, and a bunch of bald eagles.
