Corps of Engineers Park. Open seasonally. When “closed” in the winter (until April 30), free primitive camping. $13/night for electric hookup while closed. Vault toilets, picnic tables, fire rings, dump stations, water fills, large sites right on the waterfront. Beautiful! Very few people. When seasonally open, there are shower houses as well. 9 miles or so off the interstate.
