Description

A really good Indian restaurant. It overlooks the local Sikh club’s hockey pitch and serves excellent food quickly. I’m a huge curry fan being from Birmingham, UK and this is the only place on Africa that I’ve found comparable to westernised Indian food I find at home.

Try the crispy potato bahji with a papadum for starter for something new and delicious. Mutton Masala and Chicken Tandoori both excellent. We got to watch some hockey too.

This restaurant has changed name to Paji’s Bar & Restaurant- the service and food are excellent.
The curries that we had were so good we ordered more for takeout. We can recommend the minced mutton curry, chicken tika nasala, vegetable rice and naan bread.
The food was so good we decided to order takeout to supplement our camping food supplies

What a great place. We had a very nice meal here, not cheap, but really good!

And we asked if we could camp in their carpark if we ate and they agreed (Big Rig friendly).

Its adjacent to a busy road, but it quietened down after 10pm. Very peaceful night. Stayed two nights.
