This place is a quiet spot next to the river and away from all the noises of the city. It’s perfect to relax after crossing Canada-US border. There are a lot of spots along the river, you can make a fire and nobody is gonna bother you. There is decent phone signal here. It’s a little industrial but in close proximity to Vancouver

we went there on Halloween night. first seemed to be a quite place. wood was there for a small fire. we were pretty wasted so we went to sleep earlier after some time some locals showed up to make a little Halloween party (some kind of tradition). very nice people invited us to hangout with them but we just moved a little bit down the street to sleep. shout out to my French buddies which we met there.
you have to know it's a little bit industrial around (harbour, soil brokers (little bit smelly)).
Very very nice place for a night or a week!
Lots of place to park by the river, made a fire here, there was lots of wood for free. 2 thumbs up!
Report Check-InTons of spaces for parking off the side of the road.
Very sandy though.
There were a lot of people coming and going, riding their dirt bikes around here. And it’s near the landfill which didn’t smell too bad.
