another great possibility, beautiful view (the pic gives you a good idea), similar to the one close by but on a large stone platform completely hidden from the road, approaching the Black Rocks this spot will be on the left hand side and part of the platform is visible from the road, continue another 100 to 150 m and turn into a track next to a powerline mast, after 20 m take the left track, I camped next to a tree on the right hand side of the platform going down a bit, the rocks there allow leveled parking,
since all the possibilities are so beautiful and close it's a good idea to check them out before deciding

Amazing spot to camp. Not visible from the road and a really good view of the Pedras Negras. Check satellite images to find the path from the road to get here. We stayed two nights, some locals passed to work in the fields.
Report Check-InThanks for the picture, helped us a lot in finding a flat spot. Great place and perfectly hidden from the road. Next morning we walked to the viewpoint and met the police officer, who was angry we didn't talk to him before ("where's your car??"). We said we just came here this morning. So this spot is so hidden the policeman even couldn't find us.
