Nice large campground right in the middle of Joshua Tree NP. $20/night and you can have two tents/cars per site. No showers though, bring lots of water.

Stayed one night then decided to stay over again. Great park with all the stars in the sky was great to sleep among them.
Report Check-InGreat campground. No cell service obv and pit toilets, but views and area are amazing and it got fairly cool at night despite being the summer in the desert.
Report Check-InWe drove through late afternoon and ran into Heidi, the camp host. Asked if any available sites and she had one that they apparently keep in reserve. Lots of people but enjoyed walking and talking to others. Great for dog walks and short hikes.
Report Check-Inbest rocks in the USA. love it here. no cell svc. no water and no sushi. great camp spot must reserve though.
Report Check-InAmazing boulders and beautiful scenery. Very little privacy in some sites. Look for a site hidden in rocks.
Report Check-InLarge, but small-feeling campground centrally located in the park. The boulders make it feel small, cozy and private. Clean pit toilets. $20 reservations required.
Report Check-InLovely campground, quiet and feel immersed in nature as no cell signals. Would recommend this campground in Joshua tree. Garbage, recycling & pit toilets, no water $15 per night
Report Check-InLovely place, plenty of sites. $15 tent or RV. Pit toilets but no running water (have to go down the road to a $20 site for that). Each site includes a carpark, table and fire pit. Felt very close to nature and loved staying amongst the rocks.
Report Check-Inbeautiful campground in thé middle of the parc . Clean and quite! but online reservation only from now. 15$/night!
Report Check-Insuper nice site. beautiful granite boulders surround the site. very quiet, incredible star gazing. be sure to have plenty of water with you.
