Something not right?

Description

Goseberry cove is an old provincial park that closed and is now open to the public. Spent the night there with another camper who told us the place is safe to camp. Magnificient site right on the beach, perfect for a swim and watching the sunset. the gravel road down is a bit rough and steep, not fitted for big campers

road access very tight

Très beau spot, nous étions 2 vans. Visite des gens de la place pour la plage

Easy to miss the entrance off the road. Narrow rough road down to the beach. Lovely area with a great beach for walking.

Report Check-In

The road is narrow and doesn't feel like you are going to a Provencial Park. We were able to get our 27' trailer and truck down the road to the turnaround. But it was tight. One other campers van already here. If there were more campers, it would be a problem. If you have a larger rig, you might consider parking at the road and walking down to ensure sufficient room. Lovely spot. Talk to neighboring home owner and he said it's fine. He said the Provencial Park sign should really be at the road. But this keeps it more remote and private.

Beautiful area with sandy beach and a river. Didn’t stay the night but would definitely love to next time around.

Magnifique endroit. Tel que décrit par la personne précédente, on est devant des maisons, mais les gens sont fort sympathiques. Place pour une van. Nous avions une table de picnic direct sur la plage. Nous avons vu des petites têtes de phoques près de la plage en soirée. On recommande.

As described. Several houses on the hill behind you facing the ocean. Might feel a bit like you are camping in their front yard and spoiling their view.Spent the night. No problems.
