This is a nice spot managed by IDFG as a sportsman's access to the lake. Camping is sanctioned for up to three days. When arriving, make a left onto a gravel road towards the main boat launch area. You will encounter a grassy field, trailer parking, and then a pit toilet with a little flat gravel pad adjacent, which is where we parked. On the other side of the toilet there is an overgrown field with picnic tables and tent camping but boulders prevent you from getting there in a vehicle. All the way down to the boat launch there is a dock for fishing, but a sign there says no camping on the beach. If you don't make the initial left, it will lead to a day use area that has a 'No overnight camping' sign. No services other than the pit toilet, but otherwise this was a really quiet spot except for a boat that launched early in the morning. It looks like there may be other access camp spots at nearby lakes, but we didn't explore them.

Report Check-InTwo pull in camping spots and one tent camping spot closer to the water. Unsigned when headed south on 3 from the highway. Turn right on Watson Rd. we thought the first spot on the right was the best. nice views and next to a bunch of aspens. there is a fair amount of traffic to the boat ramp but overall was a good place to stop for the night.
Report Check-InPretty lake. Not to swim. Free. Flat space only one space near pit toilet. Space for rv and tent but not flat.
Report Check-InGood spot if you need a quick place to crash for the night, close to the highway. However, quite a few people came throughout the night when we were staying there - and the boat launch is active till around 11pm and people came early in the morning so not as quiet as we expected
Report Check-InPerfect for one night. Nice quiet place. A local strongly advised against bathing and I understand, see photo of seaweed. The most level place is the small pad nextto the pit toilet. There is a large parking on the grass at the entrance of the site and another large parking in asphalt. There is no dumpster so take back your trash vanlifer.
Report Check-InVery nice place to stay. Calm and quiet. You have different places to park and stay. We spend 1 night with our van with no problems.
I recommand !
